#TriTraining: Week4- 3km treadmill, 26.1km Cadence Challenge increased resistance/time and S&C Weights; increased weights for routine sets. Although tiring it felt really good to be stronger at this point in the plan.

#TriTraining: cadence challenge 27km (120km for week), ROTB 4km (19km for week). No S&C Weights today (but 195mins for week). Tried out new trainers too - wider fitting. Also must remember I have to include swimming soon too. #VirtualCoach#teacher5aday
