私アトモキセチン飲んでますが、特に問題ありません。コンサータを服用したくないけど頭をクリアにしたい時にTrueFocusを飲んでますが、脳内の鎮まりについてはこっちの方が効果あるんじゃないかと思ってます。個人差あると思うので、あくまでご参考まで…！

バコパめちゃくちゃ良いサプリなのにあんま知られてないよね
認知機能改善する効果あって、「今日頭冴えてるわ」みたいな状態に自動的に入れるんよ
ここまではっきりと集中力向上してる体感があるサプリも珍しいと思うわ
仕事でも勉強でもいざという時はこれに頼ってるしずっと使いつづけるわ

ALT なのるか一周年。加入した日から観てるからとても感慨深いし、iluxionが体制を変えずに一年過ごしたのも初めてだから、様々な想いがあるよね。そういう意味での「周年」でもあるかな。

In this demo, I add a features section & text animation from two different sources.
The CLI figures it all out: which registry, how to fetch, where to place & how to import. Pretty cool, right?

早起きする時とか、睡眠時間が足りていない時(目覚めスッキリさせたい時？)は、メラトニン系のサプリメントをオススメされたので飲んでる💊
あとは、チロシンとか5-htpとかTrueFocusとか試したことあります😇(こっちは、変な夢見るとか…確かにあります)
