crypto exploits of 2026 so far kelp dao - $290m drift protocol - $285m aave exposure - $190m step finance -$40m truebit - $26.4m resolv labs - $23m CoW swap -$1.2m swapnet/matcha meta - $13.4m raydium - $1.34m humanity -$30m continues.... what's ur think the main reason of exploits ?

We keep hiring auditors for code nobody published. 👀 Chainalysis, June 10: 4 DeFi protocols lost $36.7M to attackers who never had source code access. Truebit ($26.2M). Trusted Volumes. Aperture. Ekubo. None verified on Etherscan. Attackers reverse-engineered bytecode with LLMs, found exact vulnerabilities, drained everything. What once took a skilled reverser a full day now runs on 10,000 contracts before dawn. In 12 months: deploying unverified is an invitation. The AI audit pipeline doesn't sleep. 🔍 NFA #DeFi

2026 has been brutal for DeFi security. @Raydium is the latest to fall victim... Major exploits in 2026 so far: Raydium - $1.34M (June) Humanity Protocol - $30M (June) TSR - $2.5M (June) KelpDAO - $292M (April) Drift Protocol - $285M (April) DxSale - $7.3M (May) TrustedVolumes - $6.7M (May) Gravity Bridge - $5.4M (May) Resolv - $23M (Mar) Step Finance - $26M (Feb) Truebit - $25M (Jan) And no wonder we struggle to onboard people to Defi..

How can I register for node? Still holding my truebit tokens

My node downloaded the latest prod.soft. It has been registered and is operating😮 So #Truebit deactivated the public nodes during the transition from beta to the production release 🤔Next step?Moving beyond the Stake Sponsorship Program & having each node owner stake 2,000 $TRU?

Another cybersecurity foundation just got knocked away by AI. "Security through obscurity" was a practice by a number of DeFi protocols who only published their smart contracts as machine-readable bytecode (rather than human-readable source code). Their reasoning: reverse-engineering bytecode required days (or longer) of skilled manual work with no guarantee of success. AI has changed that. Chainalysis published research yesterday documenting $36.7 million stolen over six months from protocols who only published their smart contract source code in machine-readable bytecode). The conclusion: attackers are using decompilers to convert raw bytecode and feed that output into large language models trained to recognize vulnerability patterns. They then automate this process and deploy it across thousands of contracts simultaneously. What used to take a skilled reverse engineer days or longer now takes AI a fraction of the time — and the automatic deployment at scale represents a significant shift in the threat environment for DeFi. The on-chain evidence makes the hunting behavior visible. The wallet that drained Truebit for $26 million had hit a smaller protocol twelve days earlier. Same attacker, systematically escalating — the signature of a scanning operation, not a lucky find. This is a crypto story today. It won't stay one. Smart contracts are not a crypto-native curiosity. They are programmable agreements that execute automatically when conditions are met — and they will be the underlying infrastructure of tokenized assets, automated settlement, and machine-to-machine transactions as digital assets scale into the mainstream. The attack surface will scale with them. The Chainalysis finding is a preview of a broader dynamic: AI doesn't just assist attackers with social engineering or phishing campaigns. It industrializes vulnerability discovery. The cost of finding bugs in obscured code has collapsed. The cost of defending against that scanning hasn't. AI just knocked the foundation out from under security through obscurity. chainalysis.com/blog/attacke…

INSIGHT: A Chainalysis report reveals that attackers have stolen at least $36.7 million from unverified smart contracts in the past six months. Protocols such as Truebit, Trusted Volumes, Aperture Finance, and Ekubo have been targeted due to their unverified source code. Attackers exploit vulnerabilities by decompiling raw bytecode, a process increasingly aided by AI tools that identify vulnerability patterns at scale.

✦ Chainalysis reports $36.7 million lost due to unverified DeFi contracts: Chainalysis has revealed a worrying trend of attacks against unverified DeFi contracts, resulting in losses totaling $36.7 million from four separate exploits since January. The report highlights that these unverified smart contracts have become prime targets for hackers. The most significant incident involved Truebit, which faced a loss of $26.2 million due to an integer overflow vulnerability. Other affected entities included Trusted Volumes, Aperture Finance, and Ekubo, all of which utilized contracts lacking public verification. This lack of transparency has hindered security assessments and excluded these contracts from bug bounty programs while controlling user funds.

- Humanity Protocol (H): clave privada comprometida. - Zcash (ZEC): Vulnerabilidad crítica en Orchard pool. - KelpDAO: bridge LayerZero. - Drift Protocol: ingeniería social. - Step Finance: compromiso de tesorería. - Truebit: smart contract. - Resolv Labs: clave privada. - Rhea Finance: oracle manipulation. - Hyperbridge: bridge exploit. - Verus-Ethereum Bridge. - Wasabi Protocol: clave admin. - CoW Swap: frontend/DNS hijack. - Dango: smart contract.
