The turnback is on the Calder Valley lines just by Brewery Junction, since the press release doesn't specify - I don't know if the work would have been compatible with TRU work at Miles Platting.

Why has this ‘additional functionality’ been identified AFTER the route was wired? Surely this new turnback should have been part of the original TRU scope to Stalybridge?
This only increases cost and added complexity to new works.
It comes across like we don’t have a plan.
