I'm in heaven rn. Mini birria tacos & birria egg rolls. Flavorful af consomé, & that green hot sauce is adding a nice contrast to the richness. Granted I had $7 in ubercash but this meal is WELL worth the $25 paid to have it delivered. Will I, or won't I, eat it all? 🤔 TBD lol

@UberEats second I ordered using ubercash again with enough money in the wallet and You guys took the money for the order after the order was placed you say I need to pay R90 in cash but I paid you all the money for the order. Your customer care line is trash. You robbing me

@Uber_Support I was given a credit for the full amount of the tip and then told that the driver would not receive the tip but then the ubercash credit was used to pay the tip

I went to change my tip because of an unsatisfactory delivery and I was told it could only be UberCash, which is totally unacceptable and stealing my money. Also, the agent I spoke to disactivated from the message without notice. Totally unacceptable. Please contact me @UberEats

The language in the messages is boilerplate. I got the same exact ones an Ubercash refund equivalent to the tip and told there was nothing more they could do. We waited 1h45 for breakfast food at a place 10 minutes away. Inedible trash! They basically stole my money.

@UberEats locked my account without any prior notice or explanation. I have so much ubercash in the account and it’s locked, I have added it for a purchase and you’ve blocked them now. This is so unsatisfying.
