@Uber_Support I had an order for playa bowls yesterday for 375 for an office order never arrived it was picked up by driver spent 40 mins with support to be told to email uberdirect@uber.com and it got bounced back. I would like to be contacted by someone who can help with this.

Uberの配達をしていますが、あまりにも酷いトラブルが続きますので、UberDirectの配達を完全にやめる事にしました。 とくに酷いトラブルが発生するのは、松弁ネット、7ナウ、HungryPanda、マックデリバリーです。 諸悪の根源なのは、元からUberEatsでの配達用の注文システムでは無く、それぞれが別物の配達方式での配達なので、注文者に連絡が取れない(電話が繋がらない)。 注文者が間違った住所入力をされると完全に詰む。10分以上待っても、保証金や調整金が一切付かない。7ナウ以外は、大量注文でも配達員を増やす事が出来ない。 松弁ネットは元々出前館で配達をするものなのに、配達員が出前館で確保出来なかった分をUber Eatsに回してくると言うアンポンタンな事をやっている。 今現在の状態ではトラブルに対応する為の労力は全くの無駄なので、委託配送は要らないと判断しました。 サポート側も勘違いしているアホも居るようで、キャンセル出来るのなんか始めから分かってるのに、キャンセルのやり方を延々と送ってくる。 アホかと馬鹿かと小一時間問い詰めたい。 #UberEats配達員

昨夜UberEatsの稼働で最後に配達した『マクドナルド葛西店』のダブル🍔🍔 最初に配達依頼レーダーでUberDirectのマックデリバリー(MD)が鳴ったので受諾成立後、程なくして追加でUberEatsのマクドナルドのリクエストが鳴った🔔~♫🤳🏻 ワタシの中でMDは基本シングルでの配達に限定されているという認識だったんだけどダブルになることもあるのね😳ﾍｪ~ しかもMDと通常のマクドナルドのリクエストのダブルになるなんて🍔🍔🫨ﾜｫ!!
