[A PERSPECTIVE BY VTT: STOP COMPARING, START CREATING]
We live in a world where comparison seems to have become a "default habit." People compare individuals with others, one neighborhood with another, one city with another, or even one nation with another.
But have you ever asked yourself: Why do we compare?
VTT's perspective is simple: Comparison is only appropriate for inanimate objects. We can compare two phones or two cars because they are manufactured according to standardized specifications.
But human beings, or living entities such as communities, cities, and nations? No two are the same. Each is a unique entity, carrying its own history, context, and potential. Placing them on a scale to compare is not only illogical but also inadvertently denies the inherent uniqueness that makes them who they are.
Let’s look at the bigger picture: In a vast universe filled with cold, "dead" planets, we exist on an Earth vibrant with life. Our presence here, at this very moment, is a gift from the universe.
VTT believes that each of us carries a distinct mission: to develop as positively as possible.
Instead of wasting energy on comparisons and creating unnecessary pressure, why not shift toward learning and resonance?
Learn from others: To identify the positive traits and values you can adopt to optimize yourself.
Do not compare: To maintain your own identity and focus on following the path you have defined for yourself.
When we stop comparing, we truly begin to "live." Live a meaningful life, contribute value to the space you occupy, and develop in alignment with the mission life has bestowed upon you. Do not strive to be the "best copy" of someone else; strive to be the most meaningful version of yourself.
This is just a personal perspective from VTT, not representing any organization or group. I hope this provides you with a fresh, gentle outlook to start your day.
