Last winter, we worked with @HealthInnovYH @innovationnwc @UnityInsights and Health Call on a pilot to diagnose and treat flu earlier and in community settings.
Great to hear our Healthcare Transformation Partner Chloe Williams, and the partners we worked with on that pilot, talking about how they joined forces to "disrupt an old-fashioned patient pathway" and worked together to build something better.
