This month came with one mission: build more solutions, solve more problems, and push
@msexcel past its limits.
So before Oblee begins let’s build systems !
It started as a simple idea:
“What if I could track income and expenses without manually typing every single thing?”
Next thing I knew, I was knee-deep in VBA modules, user forms, and macros… and suddenly the project turned into something bigger. Something smarter. Something I’d actually want to use every day.
What I’m Building: A Fully Automated Income & Expense Tracker (VBA-Enabled)
A system that feels less like a spreadsheet…
and more like an app living inside Excel.
Automated Entries
Created Add Income and Add Expense buttons that open clean user forms—
just click, fill, and the tables auto-populate with zero errors.
No scrolling.
No dragging formulas.
Just click → enter → done.
Smart Currency Selector
One of my favourite parts:
A pop-up form that displays currencies from 8 countries.
Traveling?
Relocated?
Living digital nomad life?
No problem.
Pick your currency → all entries update accordingly.
(Let’s just say the module behind this one took a little “midnight debugging love.” 😅)
Visual Tracking (Work-in-Progress)
I’m experimenting with a simple visual panel that updates as you enter data.
Income vs Expense
Totals
Balance
Your financial story, but simplified.
Think of it as a dashboard that grows with you.
Under the Hood (For My Excel People)
•UserForms for clean data entry
•VBA modules controlling responsiveness
•Automated table insertions
•Macro-enabled buttons
•Error handling for smooth use
•Goal: a highly responsive workbook that behaves like an App
Still building, still testing, still refining… but the vision is clear.
For Small Businesses & Creators
If you still track sales, expenses, or income using spreadsheets, but want something smart, automated, and custom to your workflow
let’s build it.
Custom Excel or Google Sheets solutions.
No stress, no complexity.
Just clean automation that saves your time and gives you clarity.
