No account. No JWT. No signup. Just pay-per-request. But we added the privacy layer. Instead of every payment landing at the same static recipient address and slowly building a public customer graph, Veilnet uses fresh one-time stealth payment addresses for each settlement. The agent still pays normally. PayAI still verifies and settles the payment on Base. But onchain, there is no recurring recipient address for observers to cluster around. That means: x402 gives agents the payment standard. PayAI gives the settlement rail. Veilnet adds encrypted inference private settlement. This is now live on Base mainnet.
