Quality checkers Christmas meal out was such a blast great food with great company and the Christmas Patient Experience Group too loved it ๐ followed by a Xmas quiz at the PEG and mince pies too @allofusinmind @zohfina we missed you @vipredbag lovely photo

WOW ! This is so true - thanks to Caroline who made my aunts 2nd visit so right - unfortunately I had to shout out a situation but thanks to the CEO and chief nurse I found out about the red bag - this actually changed my aunts experience in the hospital- we then felt listened to
