@FlyingBrussels has a #verypoorcustomerservice. Put through a claim 6 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything. They put a middle person who is trained to always give the same answer that "the customer relation team that deals with this query is not available"

@ATT should it take over 2 months to process a customer billing error, FCC complaints, AARP,etc., I’ve tried for over 3 weeks to speak with a particular rep in the Ocala, Florida office. My rating of your business is F. Feel free to follow up on this! #VERYPoorCustomerService

thanks @cogecohelps for doing anything but helping. after waiting over an hour to speak to a rep, she disconnected me, then didn't bother to call me back. this is the 3rd time I've tried reaching someone, each time a minimum of 30 mins wait. #verypoorcustomerservice

No. The elderly previous owner seems to be having problems sending off the V5. Think if I was working for Evans Halshaw I would have visited her & gave her some assistance as it will be stressful for her also!! #verypoorcustomerservice
