We analyzed all keywords in our niche - mostly HTML5 banner ad production and automation.
Many of the topics related to "How to" questions.
How to build a Youtube banner, how to create a FB banner, How to create an HTML5 banner, etc.
The thing is that we managed to grow organic traffic and saw some great names among our blog visitors. Although the conversion was close to 0
The biggest value behind Viewst platform is helping professional teams who work with big volumes, for instance - 5 creative variations, for 3 or more different products, for all display ratios, and for instance, localized for a few regions. All of these are HTML5.
In this use case, value is tremendous.
Most of the people, coming via SEO were small businesses, a one-man show kinda teams. Who doesn't need such a powerful tool.
The biggest mistake - our lack of understanding who is our ICP. We simply analyzed all possible keywords in our niche and played with them. I didn;t work out.
I still bet that SEO is one of the best and most important growth channels. I keep learning and exploring it. And I highly recommend
