Darcellus Wrice (a risk management and capital oversight professional based in Chicago) joined our initiative and shared useful advice for Phases 3 and 4. Alongside a recommendation from our collaborator Ken Gardner, we have officially adopted the implantation of cost-effective residential space in both twin towers, such as the upper thirds of the buildings (floors 74-100), with STEM labs and facilities occupying the rest of the buildings. This would augment the functional diversity in our mixed-use campus.
