@thames_pilgrim and @Opiumbrella Thanks for putting up with my anxiety. I still love Vlore, Albania and plan to live here a 4th year despite the issues. I've also met some YouTubers/influencers whom I am influencing. JFC!!! When I sold my place, I was so mad that I ensured not one single female name would be on it, except ME!!! They sold it one hour after I closed with them. They asked me if a woman could come over to look. I was like, "Sure, why not?" because I had already sold it to men and they sold it to a woman. She came in screaming at me, "HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN RENTING THIS PLACE??" I looked at her calmly and said, " You can't rent out this place. I'm the owner. I've owned it for 13 years." She went spastic. I was actually really calm because the guys I sold it to had already cut me a check. They gave me 30 days to get out after they cut my check for the profit I wanted. She was screaming that she couldn't use it for a rental. At this point I was LOL because I can translate contracts between German and US English, so I don't miss a beat at all. Ohhh, she was so maaaaad! Thing is....I didn't sell it to her. She bought it from the MEN to whom I sold it. Sold April 1st, 2021. Have until April 31st at 6 pm to be out and can leave it in whatever state I want. She comes around April 15th telling me I'd better get out immediately because she doesn't have time for me anymore. I was actually being a solid person and trying to do the things a nice person would do to get and also try to get out early to help her. I was really trying. Once she came up in my grill like that, I said, "READ THE CONTRACT!!" I had until April 31st at 6 pm to get out. She was trying to force me out on April 15th and telling me she didn't have time for me. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh....shit MFer!!! TICK TOCK because I will give you the keys at 5:30 pm on April 31st. You don't get the keys early, and now I'm leaving some really heavy furniture that I don't want.
