Former Geo Mgr for XTO…agree $41B for XTO was too much (includes debt), Bass was a home run acquisition…only value was on PLU. I’ll debate that one gladly. Pioneer will ultimately be XTO all over again. Overpay for reserves that will crash. XTO-Brnt, PXD-Wfmp/Sprb

It is due to maturity of source rocks. Despite being mostly shallower to the west, those source rocks are more thermally mature…higher GOR. Also presence of deeper stratigraphically Wfmp wells with 15-25k GOR to the west…not present to East.

So grateful for the opportunity to be part of the amazing WFMP planning committee. Spending time with these amazing Religious Educators is a gift. We shared so many beautiful moments throughout this conference. Love being on this journey with all of you.
