Geeting waterproofing done on the terrace of my newly constructed house. During this waterproofing , I came to know that my turnkey contractor @HomesPrithu completely skipped waterproofing the terrace altogether while constructing the building. Chor contractor – straight up cheated me! Legally, yeah, I could file a civil suit against them, but that would drain so much energy and time, fighting in courts for who knows how long. I chose my peace of mind instead and decided to handle it myself, hired a proper waterproofing expert to get the job done right. Once the terrace is fully waterproofed, the expert will move on to tackling the basement water logging issue. I deeply regret hiring Prithu Homes @HomesPrithu Attaching a photo of my terrace filled with water as proof of water proofing being done from scratch now– this is what I had to deal with!
