Web2 health trackers hoarding biometric data and forcing manual input is honestly the biggest technical scam in the industry A glaring warning sign I instantly catch is when applications lock your physical telemetry inside closed databases requiring tedious manual logging True physical sovereignty requires setting a strict target schedule and letting hardware nodes automatically validate your recovery metrics onchain Syncing your Oura ring or smartwatch to @sleepagotchi completely bypasses manual entry by letting agents read your raw biological data The background architecture processes your nightly metrics and generates Morning Reward Boxes filled with vSLEEP based on cryptographic proof You then allocate these digital assets to upgrade your personal Dino character which directly scales your future telemetry yield How much longer are you going to type your bedtime into a centralized app instead of letting decentralized nodes automate your health data?

No doubts $BOOB is one of the few memecoins that can genuinely break out of crypto and capture a massive Web2 audience. Why? Because the mission is bigger than charts. Supporting women through charity creates a narrative that everyone can get behind. Not just degens. Not just traders. Everyone. And the team? Absolute elite! Top Gun level! Strong mission. Strong community. Strong team. The ingredients for something much bigger are all here.

What I’d like to highlight is that we can’t completely rebrand everything overnight. Shifting perceptions, especially in Web3 gaming, is a gradual process that requires consistent execution over time. What we’re actively doing is using different platforms, narratives, and strategies to attract Web2 audiences, while simultaneously improving the product experience and refining how we present the brand. I also agree with your point that execution is where many ideas succeed or fail. Having the right vision is important, but delivering on it consistently is what ultimately matters. My intention with this discussion was not to suggest a complete reset, but rather to explore ways we can continuously improve, reduce friction for new users, and make it easier for more gamers to discover and enter the Web3 ecosystem. Changing the narrative around Web3 gaming won’t happen overnight, but every improvement and every successful onboarding experience moves us one step closer to that goal.

I don't think we were done with web2 yet... We rushed into web3 too quickly, and now everything feels tangled for farmers..
The few people that believed in airdrop left yesterday when SosoValue Seasn 2 disappointed them. Do you still believe in airdrop? Or you are focusing only on trading now? Or you'll back to web2?

I'm Oloba. I see myself not just as a creator but as an integral part of the story your brand wants to tell and experience. As a multi-skilled visual professional, I help brands build visibility, credibility, and revenue across multiple platforms through functional, strategic, and converting brand designs, illustrations, and storytelling UGC content. Whether it's developing a monthly content plan as a social media designer, crafting persuasive and converting brand design systems as a brand designer, managing and growing online communities as a content partner and UGC creator, or illustrating storytelling brand kits and NFT collections as an illustrator, I bring versatility and results to every project I undertake. With experience across both the web2 and web3 ecosystems, I understand how to engage diverse audiences, adapt to evolving digital trends, and position brands where they matter most. From written content to visual storytelling, brand representation to community engagement, I help turn ideas into influence and visibility into impact. In simple terms: I don't just help brands get seen; I help them amplify their presence so they are remembered in the hearts of their target audience. Talk is free. Proof isn’t. Day 13/30 Commissioned to work on a 10,000 piece of NFT collection… Industry: NFT{ Digital Art/illustration} A father built a 10,000-piece NFT collection for his daughter before she could even walk. That’s Val. This taught me investment in identity. That’s the brief I received for Val a generational NFT collection built on Solana, documenting one girl’s journey from childhood to adulthood, to becoming a meme queen with an empire. When I came on board, the project had a problem: AI-generated images had already been rejected by the blockchain, and nothing in the collection actually reflected who Val was. Here’s how I rebuilt it from scratch: Step 1 — Character Discovery Before touching any software, I studied Val. Her age, her personality, her milestones. You can’t illustrate a person you don’t understand. Step 2 — Original Sketches I created hand crafted sketches that passed blockchain validation and, more importantly, felt true to Val’s story. Step 3 — Phase Architecture The 10,000 pieces were structured into three life phases: Child → Teenager → Adult. Step 4 — Trait Layering Accessories, jewellery, wearables each added as distinct, collectible traits to build depth and rarity. Step 5 — Full Brand Deployment Metadata, social media assets, and a launch marketing strategy all shipped as one cohesive system. The result? ✦ Organic community growth with zero KOL spend ✦ Volume came in on belief alone ✦ Val stood out in a saturated NFT market ✦ A visual identity strong enough to anchor a long-term project Val isn’t just another meme., It’s a story with a beginning, a middle, and a future and the illustration had to carry that weight. The first and second slide : Shows Val’s different traits Third and Fourth Slide: The brief Project is live in my portfolio., use the link my bio. If your project needs visual identity that converts holders into believers, then I’m definitely your go to. Send a Dm or an email to cthumbs213@gmail.com, let’s get your NFT collection shipped out. I’m Oloba your favorite brand designer and NFT artist

Great post, and the conclusion lands hard. Every Web3 game needs to answer one question honestly: why does this need to exist in Web3 instead of Web2? If there's no real answer, the audience figures it out eventually, and disappointment follows. There's a real difference between scratching your inner child's itch and trying to live off play to earn. Getting some value back from a game you'd play anyway is a viable model for people who actually love it. Living off play to earn was never going to work. Who pays you just for showing up? A few hundred players who get this are worth more than tens of thousands who came for the paycheck and left the moment it stopped.
Web3 gaming spent $15B to learn what traditional gaming solved decades ago. A study by ChainPlay analyzed 3,279 GameFi projects launched since 2021. The results are brutal: - 93.7% of all projects are dead (tokens down >90%, active daily users <100). - The average lifespan of a Web3 game is just 120 days. This is the most expensive graveyard in internet history. Phase 1 was the speculative P2E bubble. We paid players to log in, which destroyed their inner motivation. Psychology calls this the Overjustification Effect. Financial incentives dried up. The player bases evaporated: - Axie Infinity: Peak 2.8M daily players. Today: less than 100,000. $SLP token crashed from $0.40 to less than $0.003. - StepN: Peak 1.7M monthly active users. Today: less than 43,000. solana:7i5KKsX2weiTkry7jA4ZwSuXGhs5eJBEjY8vVxR4pfRx token down 96% from its $4.10 peak. - Hamster Kombat: Peak 300M registered users. Lost 86% of its active base in 90 days post-airdrop. Phase 2 is the corporate outsourcing collapse. Unicorn developer Mythical Games ($317M raised, $1.25B peak valuation) is bleeding. They shut down Blankos PC, ghosted Blankos Mobile, and just closed Pudgy Party after 10 months. But Pudgy Penguins didn't fail. They just divorced their developer. They shut down Pudgy Party mobile to build Pudgy World in-house. No more revenue sharing. All users migrated to their own L2, Abstract Chain. Yuga Labs did the exact same thing. They moved Otherside in-house, cutting off Improbable. The few survivors did something different. Pixels peaked at 1M daily wallets and stabilized around 283,000. They focus on social loops first, treat the wallet as invisible infrastructure, and built sustainable token sinks. Paying people to play games is a death sentence. When you turn fun into work, both die.

We saw it with web interfaces replacing command lines. We saw it with mobile apps replacing desktop complexity. AI may be the next abstraction layer — not just for Web2, but for Web3 as well. projects like @HeyElsaAI are experimenting with what that interface might look like.

Arcium Weekly Recap June 8 to 14, 2026 This week @Arcium and its ecosystem didn’t just ship updates but they started showing real and measurable traction that people can actually point to onchain. The big themes were volume hitting new highs, one ecosystem app going absolutely nuclear on revenue, big name visibility and a clear signal that the confidential AI side is about to get serious. Here’s the detailed breakdown, pulled straight from what @arcium and the projects around it were posting and announcing. ☂️1 Million Confidential Computations On Tuesday the 9th, Arcium posted that the network had officially processed over 1 million confidential computations on mainnet. We’re talking hundreds of thousands of computations per day at this point, with total transactions pushing close to 4 million. The post included a short video and the direct link to explorer.arcium.com so the community could watch it tick up in real time. The replies were exactly what you’d expect from the ARX MODE crowd including “only the beginning,” “10 mill coming in hot,” “encrypt everything ☂️.” A lot of people noted that Zinc was responsible for a huge portion of those computations. This was actual encrypted work happening at scale on mainnet, and it landed the same day as some other big moves. ☂️Zinc Goes From Top 3 to Straight #2 Revenue on Solana This is the story that’s had the timeline on fire the last couple of days. Zinc (@zinc_cash) - the private proof of work / gamified mining protocol built on Arcium confidential compute layer climbed all the way to #2 in 24 hour revenue across the entire Solana ecosystem. For reference, it’s sitting right behind Pumpfun which has a massive market cap while Zinc itself is still sitting at a ~$4M mcap. People were quick to point out the efficiency in which Zinc is generating top 2 revenue at a fraction of the market cap of the leaders. Zinc’s own updates this week kept the momentum going: •Crossed half a million SOL in round volume (that’s over $33 million in under 17 days since launch) •Over 46% of the circulating supply already staked, currently earning 400% APY •Multiple big bonanza hits paying out serious SOL splits to miners on winning tiles •Clear staking mechanics that let holders compound both Unsmelted and Smelted ZINC The protocol is literally using Arcium under the hood for the encrypted computations that make the private mining possible. Watching Zinc go from #7 earlier in the month → top 3 → now locked at #2 in basically two weeks is the cleanest real world proof we’ve had yet that apps built on Arcium can actually generate serious revenue on Solana. ☂️ARX Added to Coinbase Official Roadmap Same day as the 1M computations post (June 9), Coinbase Markets added ARX to their listing roadmap. It was a straightforward announcement, but the Arcium community treated it like a major win with “gMPC Coinbase” memes everywhere. For a project that’s still deep in the building phase with mainnet activity and confidential AI coming, getting on Coinbase’s radar this early is a strong visibility signal. It shows the bigger exchanges are paying attention to the confidential compute narrative on Solana. ☂️Confidential AI Tease Gets Sharper On June 12, Arcium resurfaced their acquisition of Inpher’s core tech and team from November 2024. Quick context as Inpher raised $25M from JP Morgan and Amazon, worked with the DoD and EU Commission and spent eight years building one of the most performant confidential AI protocols in Web2. The post ended with “Very soon, Arcium will unveil a new protocol for confidential AI, built on these foundations.” This lands right on top of the CrunchDAO partnership from earlier (confidential model training secure prediction execution). The pieces are clearly lining up. Community Energy and Overall Vibe The replies across all these posts have been consistently bullish but grounded. People aren’t just hyping but they’re screenshotting Zinc’s revenue rank next to its market cap and saying “let that sink in.” The explorer is getting constant check ins because now you can actually watch the encrypted compute happening live. Zinc’s own account has been dropping consistent, useful updates (volume milestones, staking numbers, bonanza alerts) and the community is responding with real engagement. The ☂️ energy is everywhere, but it feels earned this week. Overall it was a quieter week in terms of brand new partnerships but a loud one in terms of onchain proof. 1 million computations, an ecosystem app at #2 revenue, Coinbase visibility and a clear AI roadmap signal all in the same stretch. Projects Heavily Involved This Week •Arcium - the core network hitting the 1M mark, teasing the next confidential AI protocol and getting ARX on the Coinbase roadmap. •Zinc - the breakout ecosystem project that went from strong to dominant, now sitting at #2 revenue on Solana while using Arcium’s encrypted compute layer. •The Inpher tech stack (acquired earlier) feeding directly into the upcoming confidential AI work. If you’re following along, this week felt like validation that the confidential compute bet on Solana is actually working in practice, not just in theory. Zinc’s run especially has people paying attention. The encrypted wave is picking up real speed. gMPC☂️
