"Light & Lovely: My Weekend-Ready Recipe for a Healthy Break"
A cozy Friday night, a laid-back brunch, or another dinner on Saturday night!
Mmm... but after indulging in all those delicious meals, how about giving your stomach a break with something light and refreshing this weekend?
Here’s my go-to recipe to keep things simple and satisfying:
Ingredients:
Boiled oats, Cherry Tomato, Red onion, Black pepper, Corn, Black olives, Green peas, Edam cheese
How to make it:
1.Chop everything (except the boiled oats, corn, and peas) into small pieces and mix them well.
2.Sprinkle some freshly cracked black pepper, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and enjoy!
Feel free to tweak it—add what you like or leave out what you don’t.
