At Welspun, learning never stops. Recently, we successfully concluded our first-ever #WelspunLearningWeek at our all-new flooring facility in Hyderabad.

We commenced the 5th day of our #WelspunLearningWeek with a Workplace Appreciation workshop. Our CEO & Jt. M.D, @DipaliGoenka addressed the employees with a valuable message, asking them to approach work with a positive mindset while focusing on empathy & emotional intelligence.

Communicating effectively is the language of leadership. On the 2nd day of our #WelspunLearningWeek we hosted a Digital Simulation workshop at our HO in Mumbai wherein, our employees learned essential conversation competencies that would help them drive productive discussions.

Storytelling is the most powerful way to put your ideas ahead. As part of our #WelspunLearningWeek, our L&D team hosted Storytelling workshops across locations. The workshop enlightened our employees with the art of telling a story & its application to the business world.
