I don't just install, I also make sure to remove some packages, like (ex only)
Get-AppxPackage “*YourPhone*” | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppxPackage “*gethelp*” | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppxPackage “*windowsmaps*” | Remove-AppxPackage

WP8.1 was great but only #Windows10Mobile truly sync'd life. I just downgraded to #Android and had to try 3 sat-nav apps. Nothing works like #WindowsMaps with #Cortana on PC Tablet AND phone.
