3 years ago, John struggled to keep a job. He was diagnosed with ADHD, BPD & struggled with anxiety, making it hard to feel connected at work. John wanted to find a job that met his interests & provided him with the right support, so he came to Causeway. #WorkRegardlessWeek

According to Stats Can, 36% of people with disabilities have experienced temporary or permanent job loss during COVID. We need to support innovators like @CausewayWork who help people with disabilities in our city find paid employment. #WorkRegardlessWeek
