Who would like to join my
#fitseptember challenge this September?
I will be doing 40 press-ups per day throughout September. You can do 40 at a go (if you can), or break them into 2 sets of 20 or 4 sets of 10 spread throughout the day. Whatever works for you. No pressure.
It’s also fine if you want to do another type of exercise so long as you do a little exercise everyday throughout September. It’s the discipline we are after.
We go from Monday 1st September. Are you game?
