My series doesn't have a main antagonist yet, but, for book #3, we have Tenebra, and she sort of doesn't even need redemption. She's not exactly evil. It just happens that her goal opposes the MC's.

The Caein Legacy: Colin is a big no.
The Relics of War: Dranamir acts on behalf of her god. Again, no.
Most of my other books have morally gray "villains," so the answer for them is yes (Hunted, Wraith, & many WIPs)

The Triempery series has a few villains/antagonists.
Some can be redeemed, and maybe will be. Some probably can't be, and shouldn't be redeemed. A few want to be redeemed... but most don't.
