It's basically the movie equivalent of that #ZeroPercentScience diagram that makes the rounds every now and again. The Dark Ages began when Cyril of Alexandria burned the Great Library and that's that.

Joke's on you: did you know that "manuscript" is also a pre-scientific term in and of itself, from a time of profound ignorance of keyboards, when carpal tunnel syndrome was commonly blamed on feather quills. #ZeroPercentScience

From the end: "Interconnections of computus, canon law, cosmology, and biblical exegesis reveal much about the nature of nature - and the limits of the miraculous." (In case you thought #ZeroPercentScience was all 'miracle proofs and magic').

Why is science cool? The more we learn, the more humble we become and less we think we know. The exact opposite of religion, which is arrogant and foolish, thinking it knows all.

I haven't forgotten #ZeroPercentScience: The Conference (CFP definitely Monday). But also plotting with a colleague whether their conference cld be on the same day(s), same building, share catering, and cause weird coffee break chats by mixing people up. Tempting.

I had seen it and I guess was tired. It's grade A #zeropercentscience
I was partway through drafting a #cfp for a #ZeroPercentScience - the Conference when I saw this. Imagine all the nothing we have to discuss!
