Look at the life of Cristiano Ronaldo.
There are somethings he has gone through and overcome, but you might be sad that you are experiencing your own setbacks at the moment.
Ronaldo has lost his father and a son.
He has swept the streets and he has eaten leftover food.
And has struggled with seeing his mother (his only parent alive) battle with cancer
He has lost trophies and championships
Is it poverty? Is it grief? Is it health issues of family? Is it criticism?
Ronaldo has had his own share of life struggles and unfortunate events
But look at him today.
He made sure he kept the motion going and that mentality carries him greatly, despite all odds.

For you reading this...
I don't know the phase you are currently in, but what I would tell you is ALWAYS KEEP THE MOTION GOING
As long as you don't stop, then there will always be a possibility of things working out better.
You can take breaks, you can pause and refill
But just know that no matter what, you aren't going to remain stagnant and without motion.
Don't dwell too much in your excuses and problems.
Always try to push yourself up to continue having motion, no matter how small.
I know it's hard. Heck it's incredibly hard
But it compounds gradually and you will look back one day and be sooo thankful that you didn't stop.
Like Ronaldo, you might have slow days as well.
But if you quit now, you won't know if the fast days will begin just literally hours away 🫂
Stay alive. Stay hopeful. It's hard, but it can get better. It really can get better 🩶
Thank you veryy much for reading
Remember to stay hydrated always 💦
