She is 48 years old Her father (a reverend and school principal) passed away in 2019. Her mom (a doctor) died in 2023 ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ ๐Ÿซ‚ Funke Akindele was a rebellious, notorious backbencher in school who loved causing trouble as a kid She is the second of four children. Three girls and one boy Studied Mass Communication at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and later earned a Law degree from the University of Lagos Her acting debut was as a waitress in the 1997 movie Naked Wire. A minor role she played. "I Need to Know" was her first major breakthrough that brought her into the limelight, where she played Bisi, a smart, curious secondary school girl Then her iconic Jenifa role in the 2008 Yoruba film skyrocketed her further to stardom and won her the AMAA Best Actress award in 2009 She made her directorial debut with the 2019 political drama "Your Excellency Funke describes herself as an extremist who loves hard but is very tough in relationships She admits struggling with anger, self-esteem, and managing people but is learning leadership daily Her mom was her biggest encourager for acting, even when her dad pushed for law She is the only director with three consecutive โ‚ฆ1B films in Nollywood history She ran as deputy governorship candidate for Lagos State under PDP in the 2023 elections She was appointed UNAIDS National Goodwill Ambassador in 2024 for HIV awareness Her twin boys, Zack and Zion (born December 2018. They were a huge joy to Funke Akindele โค๏ธ She has step-children from previous relationships and is raising her twins largely on her own now Everybody Loves Jenifa (2024) became one of Nollywoodโ€™s highest-grossing films, crossing โ‚ฆ1.4 billion The Jenifa's Diary series made Jenifa a cultural icon. Her catchphrases and style are widely imitated It was a spin-off TV series from her 2008 hit movie Jenifa, which launched in 2015 The series has run for 28 seasons with over 292 episodes as of recent updates Funke revealed she faced funding struggles but pushed through to keep the series alive In 2026, she promised fans she'll return "bigger and better" with new projects Funke Akindele prioritizes mental health, saying her career and well-being come first as she grows older . . When you look at @funkeakindele life, I want you to observe one crucial thing Look at her entry into the industry A lot of people (especially those who grew up in the late '90s/early 2000s) first knew Funke Akindele from "I Need to Know . . Then she released Jenifa (Sulia Kan, Ayetoro Kan) in 2008. And then it took her a whole 7 years to be back with Jenifa's diary And you know why? It's because that's what works!! Many people fell so in love with Jenifa. And the only issue was that it had language barrier as per Yoruba film . . So Funke Akindele saw that the Jenifa movie was a hit mainly amongst the Yoruba population. And she told herself "Since this format works, then let me make it into a series in English for broader understanding amongst various audiences" The rest is now history. . . I want you to learn something crucial from this If you see a format that works so well for you, I want you to double down heavy on it That's the hack If something you did previously, brought a decent amount of turnout/feedback, then it's a clue that something is working there. You find it, you refine it, then you pour out all your resources on it Bet extremely high on it Give it your whole attention This is what Funke Akindele first discovered with I need to know (1997) and then Jenifa (2008) and then Jenifa's diary (2015) Funke knew that the series style of filmmaking, grows more on Nigerian and African audiences faster, than a single solo movie . Today, look at your ideas. Your business. Your craft. Your field. What is that one thing you did that actually worked? Perhaps all you need is to do is revisit it's metrics and refine it so well that it brings better results. Perhaps ๐Ÿซ‚ Thank you for readinggg . . โœ๏ธ Vincent the Therapist

He is 42 years old Mark and his wife (Priscilla) endured three miscarriages before their first child He publicly shared their miscarriage pain to reduce others isolation His voice once cracked in a 2018 interview talking about making his daughters proud Built a custom "sleep box" for Priscilla so she could rest without clock anxiety. A sleep box is like a mini hotel room for private rest, away from noise or distractions. Described the sleep box as one of his best ways to show love and gratitude Learned coding young because his dad hired a tutor after seeing his passion Showed almost zero emotion on video when accepted to Harvard. Quietly processed big wins internally rather than celebrating loudly Spent lots of minutes daily talking to their dog Beast. His wife once joked their Dog is Mark's no2 priority after Facebook. Sadly, their Dog (Beast) passed away in 2025, at age 14, and Mark opened a Facebook page which gained over a million followers Gifted Priscilla a 7 foot statue of herself as a romantic gesture He wants his girls to grow up proud of what he built every day This makes him get emotional thinking and talking about legacy for his daughters Turned down big Microsoft offers to follow his own path of Facebook He is also obsessed with Roman emperors. Hishoneymoon included tons of Augustus statue photos Built Facebook partly hoping his daughters would one day respect it. Despite the wholeeeee public image, Mark still shows quiet care through small, private inventions for family . . . You can see from this that Mark Zuckerberg is very particular about legacy building for his family. I researched and I couldn't find much things that he did solely for himself. It is always about his daughters and his wife. I once heard that he had a custom Porsche GT built into a sort of mini van for his wife. And today, I'm reading about the sleep box he had custom made for his wife as well. He has constantly faced critisms from the public due to Facebook and his products, and well, I think he's pretty wise to hold his family extremely close to himself for love, affection and closure. For someone in his position publicly, family can be the only closure and appropriately so ๐Ÿ’ฏ So yeah it's understandable that he invests so much of his time and efforts to making a family legacy and bond And you probably should too **winkss** hahaha . Thank you very much for readinggg Remember to stay hydrated today ๐Ÿ’ฆ . . โœ๏ธ Vincent the Therapist

Second opinions can be killers for your initial idea. Sometimes you just need to go all out in it, without thinking of the odds of it working out or not If you start thinking of what can go wrong, you've already killed that idea
Today let me give you an hack If you have a greattt unique idea, avoid telling it to AI softwares like Chatgpt, Claude, Gemini, etc... IMMEDIATELY They do something that I call "Brain Fingering" And that's when you get so excited and pumped up, but then get information overload and overwhelm yourself gradually. AI will analyse it so much that everything just hits you from all corners. . . The best thing to do when you have an idea is to take a small step at it. Immediate do something. Go out to get the materials, call an experienced friend in that area, create something that regards the idea, even if it's a business plan or business name. . . I tell you, 80% of the ideas you feed AI at the initial stage, won't make it to execution and implementation. . . โœ๏ธ Vincent the Therapist

She is 28 years old Her real name is Eniola Stella-Maris Olanrewaju She studied Computer Science at the University of Ibadan, but ditched coding for creative pursuits. As a reserved, sheltered kid, she spent a lot of time locked indoors imagining stories instead of playing outside She was scouted for modeling while in Lagos for an IT internship and walked Lagos Fashion Week 2017 for top brands like Lisa Folawiyo. Initially thought models were "shallow" and hesitated before trying modeling. Worked as a writer/content creator at Zikoko, where she convinced bosses to let her create the show HER by Zikoko. Became Head of Content at Mr Eazi's emPawa Africa before going full-time on YouTube in 2020. Her breakout YouTube video documented quitting her job and moving out of her parents' house at 22. Spent three days camping at Eko Hotel trying to interview Wizkid. The vlog went viral. Created the hit dating show Love or Lies and the celebrity docuseries Flow with Korty. Directed a documentary for Victoria's Secret in 2023, marking her international filmmaking debut. Inspired a song by Afro-fusion artist Buju on his debut EP Sorry I'm Late. Her mom worried about her extreme quietness as a child. She was basically her own best friend. Korty once felt insecure about being too skinny and tall when she started modeling. Claims her "superpower" is impeccable taste inherited from her parents. Founded 'Any Production'.... her own film & TV network, while joking her "latest hobby is making money" Korty is widely recognised as a breakout Nigerian creator documenting contemporary culture and Afrobeats stars like Rema, Tems, Ayra Starr, Tiwa Savage, Asake, Olamide, and other Afrobeats stars She describes herself as sometimes a "little girl" sometimes an "old woman" and refuses the "influencer" label. she's a filmmaker at heartttt . . . One thing I have observed from Korty's media journey is that, she knew all the unfair advantage she has, and worked hard at maximising them. Korty has an attractive look. In fact, I remember when people really compared her to Rema and said she had to be related to Rema (lol...she isn't BTW ๐Ÿ˜…) She went for modelling as far back as 2017. That already opened her to the media world. And she probably said to herself "I'm beautiful and I love making vlogs. Why can't I just mix the both worlds together and make cool videos in the most stylish outfits and manners?" Today, that single decision paid off massively and she worked soo hard to make sure she stayed on top of the trends and not become lost in the aggressive media world. . . Today, I want you to learn something from Korty If you know you have any unfair advantage, then please use it. If you have a deep baritone voice, then use it for your contents. It can be that you are so tall (like Layi Wasabi). And if you do contents as an exceptionally tall person, you will easily get people talking. If you know you have a good facial structure and great hairline (lol), then you can start creating contents. And if you are like me that loves to analyse and write... Then start putting more of it out there like I am currently doing. . . Don't let anyone bully you into boxing yourself Look for a way to combine your interests, and then use your unfair advantages greatly. What is that one thing that you have, and you know that at least it's 1 in 30 people that have that same access like you do? That's your unfair advantage. Like Korty used hers so professionally and creatively. You can also find yours and aggressively use it to hasten your process and speed things up for you . . Thank you very much for reading. Kindly remember to stay hydrated today @korty_EO is a good role model for our kids๐Ÿš€๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ . . โœ๏ธ Vincent the Therapist
Korty EO was born in Bodija, Ibadan. And she has intentionally evolved herself so much that she partners with global brands including Fenty Beauty (Rihanna's brand), Skillshare, Spotify, Coca-Cola and many more ๐ŸŽ‰ Her life changed the day she decided she could do more and actively DID. She created contents and told stories in her own unfiltered way. @korty_EO is a role model for our young African girlsss ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

He is 27 years old He turned down an invitation to visit the Titanic wreck with OceanGate before its tragic implosion. His mom still helps manage some of his personal finances and has joked about lending him wedding money Before fame, he got arrested for street racing (back when he was much younger and not big yet) He attempted to stay underwater for 24 hours but had to stop early due to health issues MrBeast was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 9th grade, which caused him to lose 30 pounds and quit baseball His first viral video was giving a homeless man $10,000 in 2017 He has never drunk alcohol and says he never plans to Beast still lives in the same modest house he bought early in his career despite his billions in views Once attempted to read every word in the dictionary on camera as an early challenge Also planted over 20 million trees through his philanthropy efforts with the support of superb individuals. He was borderline blind in one eye and has mentioned using eye drops constantly MrBeast is engaged to Thea Booysen but they have no children yet, and he has publicly stated he's unsure about having them unless he can commit to being a phenomenal father, viewing it as a major sacrifice that might conflict with his intense work focus . . . MrBeast has shown us that kindness can be the start of something massive. His first viral video was an act of service and kindness to a total stranger. And that became his foundation of billions of views and all the fame we are attaching to him now. You can never go wrong when you start off with a sense of humanity and a little kindness at heart. . MrBeast is a good role model to our kids. And I'm certain a lot of kids derive inspiration from him over the years, till date ๐Ÿ’ฏ . . โœ๏ธ Vincent the Therapist

Elon Musk is 54 years old. On his way to trillionaire status, he has endured some intensely personal mental weight. ๐Ÿซ‚ His first son, Nevada Alexander Musk, died at 10 weeks old from SIDS. Musk calls it one of the most painful experiences of his life You see, many people only see the trillionaire CEO Elon. But today, I'll show you behind the headlines. His personal life and mindset that teach lessons we can learn. . . Elon has at least 11 children with multiple partners. He believes low birth rates are a civilizational risk, shucb is a personal reflection in line with his values. One of his children, Vivian Jenna Wilson, is transgender and legally changed her name, publicly distancing herself. Musk says this deeply affected him and shaped his views on culture and institutions. Born in South Africa, Elon moved to Canada, then the U.S He advocates easier legal immigration, especially for skilled workers, while criticizing illegal immigration. His own journey as an immigrant shaped his worldview. Musk personally slept at Tesla factories during production crises for weeks, believing physical presence accelerates execution. Early in Tesla, he even answered customer support emails himself to understand pain points. He rejected traditional PR teams for years, relying on direct communication via emails and tweets. A principle he still follows today. He intentionally hires people who strongly disagree with him, believing internal conflict improves outcomes Elon taught himself large portions of rocket science by reading textbooks, then challenged engineers using first principles thinking. A key reason SpaceX runs efficiently He is protective of his son, nicknamed X, often bringing him to work meetings, including high profile events like the White House. Elon says he wants children to learn by proximity, not privilege (Which means learning best by being physically present around real experiences) Musk steps into direct negotiations with governments himself rather than delegating to lobbyists. This ensures narrative control. . . . Elon shows us that we should put our attention and resources in the aspects that if it turns out to explode well, it will bring so much returns to us. Put your attention where it's worth You don't need to be a trillionaire to live the best parts of life. You just need to have enough that makes you and your family comfortable and secure. . . And to do this, you have to start thinking of systems and connecting them into one another. And while you are on your journey to financial freedom and meaning, please ensure you take out time for the people around you. Be there for them in presence and create memories with them. After all the money and fame, they are the only genuine feel you'll crave for. So always invest emotionally and directly in their affairs as wellโค๏ธ Do these and your life will have so much better quality and purpose ๐Ÿซ‚ . . โœ๏ธ Vincent the Therapist

He is 34 years old His maternal grandfather, Benson Idonije, was Fela Kuti's first manager He deeply desires to start a family but delays it due to his intense touring schedule, saying "I can't wait to have a family. That's my main goal now" He credits his parents strong love and presence as the reason he's holding off on having kids. He wants to give his own children the same full attention they gave him. Burna gets emotional talking about the heavy pressure and depression he's faced, openly sharing how success brought mental health battles He has revealed he deals with PTSD, which affected his reactions during a stage invasion incident at a Lagos concert. His close bond with his mother, Bose Ogulu (who is also his manager), is central to his life. He trusts only her with his career and emotions Burna has spoken about losing close friends and using music to process grief, noting "we all dieโ€ฆ it's part of the process" He surrounds himself with family for protection, saying there's "no real love out there" outside his inner circle. Burna admits he hasn't taken a proper holiday since starting his career, partly because he has no children yet. his music lifestyle consumes him emotionally He has a tattoo of Fela Kuti and another of Scarface Stewie (Family Guy character) Started making beats at age 10 using FruityLoops (FL Studio) Performed at the UEFA Champions League final kick-off show in 2023 (first African artist) He has a day dedicated to him in Boston (March 2) for promoting Afrobeats globally . . . Burna Boy @burnaboy really wants to have kids of his own, but he looks at the high-quality standard his parents set in parental upbringing and is determined to give nothing but the best presence as a father. He knows his work consumes him right now, and if kids enter the picture, he might struggle with being fully present. Burna recognises the critical role a father plays and has chosen to either be fully in that role or not start it at all. As a therapist and fellow man, I deeply respect this . . And for you reading this todayโ€ฆ I want you to understand your role in the lives of the people who love you. Be very aware of the part you are meant to play for your kids, spouse, parents, siblings, and friends. In what ways can you demonstrate your love and care? How best can you keep showing up and reciprocating their love? Sometimes it's not just about how much love we receive, but also about how well we sustain it through reciprocity. I wish you the utmost best in your life๐Ÿซ‚ Thank you very much for reading . . โœ๏ธ Vincent the Therapist
