True.
Iran has as part of the agreement, ceasefires in Lebanon by Israel. Iran knows Israel won't agree because their Great Israel plan needs instability in the region for them to continue occupying more territory slowly.
On the other side, Trump wants to get into the good side of history as having negotiated for peace. The dilemma is that he either abandones Israel for that Nobel prize and good history or keeps on with them - prolonging the war and goes into history as potential the worst US president.
Iran knows this and are just playing along knowing they can easily block the strait again and continue collecting tolls. They also suffer because of oil supply crisis but they've suffered sanctions for years and are kinda adjusted. The world however hasn't adjusted to the pain thus more pressure on Trump.
If Trump let's Israel on their own, it's Yemen, Hazbollah and Iran against Israel. The odds are out of favour for that terrorist state but pro-global peace.
Either way, it's a win-win for Iran.
