$nwbo @alphavestcap youtube.com/watch?v=dzcM0UsF… Earth right now this has the potential0:02 to do a 100x in share price from here0:04 but more importantly it has the0:07 potential to improve and extend the0:09 lives of cancer patients all over the0:11 world they have already proven that the0:13 new treatment works it's already been0:15 peer- reviewed and it's potentially0:18 applicable to all types of cancer0:20 according to all of the 100 plus World0:22 leading doctors that already peer0:25 reviewed the data and this company is0:27 also taking on the evil hedge funds that0:30 make billions in profits shorten0:32 companies just like this one this is the0:34 miraculous story of one small company0:37 changing the world while taking on the0:39 largest financial institutions on Earth0:41 in the most significant legal battle of0:44 this century and not only that but0:46 they've also just revolutionized the way0:48 we can now Mass create highly0:51 personalized vaccines even outside of0:53 this specific treatment which is a whole0:56 another story I'm about to breakdown in0:58 this tell all video this will be the1:00 most comprehensive video you've ever1:03 seen on nwbo and their massive potential1:05 to cure cancer make us investors rich1:08 and hopefully take down some of the1:11 hedge funds along the way in this video1:12 we're going to explore the historic1:14 phase three trial results of DC VXL how1:16 n wbo's acquisition of flask works is1:19 revolutionizing vaccine production1:22 across the globe and the multi-billion1:24 doll Revenue potential of Licensing D DC1:27 vac technology and treating most cancer1:29 types and the company's ongoing lawsuit1:32 against market makers for alleged1:34 spoofing and Market manipulation which1:36 could lead to Major Financial rewards1:39 for nwbo just know I'm not a financial1:41 adviser this is not Financial advice I1:44 do not represent nwbo nor was I paid by1:45 them to create this video I'm just a1:48 long-term investor and happy to share1:50 all of my knowledge for you for free I1:52 hope that's worth a like or subscribe1:54 and you'll consider sharing this video1:56 to spread awareness about this single1:57 great breakthrough cancer has ever seen1:59 before and don't take my word for it do2:02 your own DD starting right now what is2:04 Galo blastoma and why is it so difficult2:07 to treat GBM is one of the deadliest and2:09 most aggressive forms of cancer brain2:13 cancer specifically it accounts for2:15 nearly half of all manipulant brain2:17 tumors with about 13,000 cases diagnosed2:19 annually in the us alone here's why it's2:23 so challenging it has aggressive growth2:26 GBM grows in inedibly fast its cells2:28 divide quickly and spread into2:31 surrounding brain tissue making it2:32 nearly impossible to remove completely2:34 with surgery alone unlike many other2:36 cancers GBM doesn't stay contained it2:39 sends microscopic extensions into2:42 healthy parts of the brain often Out Of2:45 Reach of standard treatments that are2:47 available today and then it's resistance2:49 to therapy GBM is highly resistant to2:51 radiation and chemotherapy these2:54 treatments can kill some cancer cells2:56 but they rarely eliminate the tumor2:58 entirely while also subjecting other3:00 parts of you to toxic radiation and3:03 chemotherapy the cancer cells adapt3:05 quickly finding ways to survive even3:07 under aggressive treatment options that3:10 are available today which gives you3:12 limited survival rates current3:14 treatments like surgery radiation and3:16 chemotherapy offer very limited survival3:19 benefits the average patient lives only3:22 15 to 18 months after diagnosis today3:24 without this treatment the 5ar survival3:27 rate of GBM is less than 5% meaning less3:30 than 5% of people live more than 5 years3:33 currently with diagnosises not receiving3:37 DC VXL from nwbo making it one of the3:41 most devastating cancer diagnosises and3:44 then you have quality of life challenges3:47 as well treatments often come with3:48 severe side effects including cognitive3:50 decline fatigue and physical3:52 disabilities this makes the battle3:54 against GBM not only a fight for3:56 survival but also for quality of Life3:58 given these challenges GBM has been4:00 considered a death sentence by most4:02 that's why DC VX L's breakthrough is4:05 such a Monumental development by the way4:07 this presentation took me an4:10 extraordinary long time to create and4:11 it's compiled of thousands of hours of4:13 research that I've done over the years4:15 I'll include references to everything I4:17 say at the bottom of this and share this4:19 with my Discord Community which is Free4:21 by the way you can get all my classes4:23 live streams live trading sessions and4:25 all of my alerts on stocks options4:27 Futures and cryptos for free with the4:28 link in my top pin comment but what is4:31 DC VL and how does it work DC VXL is a4:33 personalized immunotherapy designed to4:37 teach the immune system to recognize and4:40 Destroy cancer cells unlike chemotherapy4:43 which indiscriminately targets all fast4:46 dividing cells including the healthy4:49 ones dcvl works with Precision sparing4:51 the healthy tissue here's how it works4:55 with the step-by-step process first they4:57 harvest dendritic cells doctors take a5:00 small sample of the patient's blood from5:02 this they extract the dendritic cells5:05 which act as the immune systems coaches5:07 if you will these cells play a crucial5:10 role teaching the immune system to5:13 recognize harmful Invaders like viruses5:15 bacteria or in this case cancer and then5:18 you have its tumor profiling after the5:20 patient undergo surgery to remove as5:23 much of the tumor as possible the tumor5:24 tissue is sent to a lab scientists then5:26 extract proteins from the tumor which5:29 serve as the Cancer's unique fingerprint5:32 these proteins are specific to the5:34 patient's tumor making the vaccine5:36 highly5:38 personalized then the dendritic cells5:39 are exposed to the tumor proteins in a5:41 lab this process trains them to5:44 recognize GBM cells as threats and then5:46 they inject the vaccine once the5:49 dendritic cells are trained they are5:51 injected back into the patient these5:53 cells then mobilize the immune system5:55 activating other cells like te- cells to5:57 attack and Destroy any remaining cancer6:00 cells so why is DC VXL different its6:02 personalized approach means each vaccine6:06 is custom made for the individual6:09 patient targeting their specific tumor6:11 not just a broad applicability of6:14 everybody's tumor and then it has immune6:16 system activation unlike chemotherapy6:18 which suppresses your immune system6:21 dcvax L enhances it turning the body's6:23 natural defenses into a powerful weapon6:26 against cancer and its broad6:28 applicability while it's designed for6:30 GBM the same process can be applied to6:32 other types of solid tumors making it a6:35 platform technology and applicable to6:38 almost all types of cancer I want to say6:41 that again it's a platform technology6:44 applicable to almost all types of cancer6:47 that Beed worth repeating and let's get6:50 into the phase three trial results which6:52 is a game-changing breakthrough in the6:54 phase three trial for DC VXL it just hit6:56 a historic Milestone it's the first6:59 trial in over 20 years to show a7:02 significant Improvement in survival7:04 rates for GBM patients GBM is the most7:05 lethal form of cancer by the way let's7:09 break it down as the results were posted7:12 in the JAMA Journal of Medical7:15 Association oncology which is a highly7:17 respected peer-reviewed medical journal7:19 the newly diagnosed patients patients7:22 who received DC VXL lived a median of7:24 19.3 months from random ation and7:27 22.4 months from surgery compared to7:31 only 162 months for the control group at7:34 the 24-month mark7:37 37.1% of DC vacl patients were still7:40 alive compared to only 24.9% in the7:43 control group and then you move on to7:47 the reoccurring GBM for patients who7:49 cancer had returned that's what7:52 recurrent means those treated with DC7:53 VXL lived a median of 13.2 month months7:56 compared to only 7.8 months for patients8:00 receiving the standard treatment of care8:03 prescribed today without dcvl this is8:05 nearly a 100% Improvement offering8:08 critical additional time for patients8:12 and families and then you also have the8:14 long-term survivors at the 4-year Mark8:16 15.7% of DC vacl patients were still8:19 alive compared to only 9.9% in the8:22 control group this suggests that DC VXL8:25 May provide a long-term remission for a8:28 subset of patients a result almost8:31 unheard of in GBM treatment without this8:33 and then getting into the safety profile8:37 out of over 2100 doses administered8:39 there were only five serious adverse8:41 side effects possibly related to the8:43 vaccine these included mild brain8:46 swelling and nausea far fewer and less8:48 severe than the side effects associated8:51 with chemotherapy or radiation alone8:54 these results aren't just numbers they8:57 represent hope for thousands of patients8:59 who previously had no options Beyond9:01 limited short-term treatments that were9:04 going to degrade their quality of life9:06 in hopes of barely extending their9:08 length of life then let's move on to9:10 expanding to other Cancers and how dcvax9:13 is actually a platform technology the9:16 science behind dcvax L isn't limited to9:19 GBM alone it can be applied to almost9:21 any type of solid tumor cancer including9:23 breast cancer lung cancer prostate9:26 cancer pancreatic cancer and coloral9:27 cancer um why solid tumor cancer9:30 specifically because solid tumors make9:33 up more than 90% of all cancer9:35 diagnosises unlike blood cancers like9:37 leukemia which are diffused solid tumors9:39 form masses that can be surgically9:42 removed and analyzed this makes them9:44 ideal for DC vac personalized approach9:47 which brings us to the revenue potential9:50 for treating multiple types of cancer9:51 globally there are 19.3 million new9:54 cancer cases each year if dcac or9:57 similar therapies treat just 10% of10:00 these cases at an average cost of about10:02 $100,000 per patient which is what nwbo10:04 is currently quoting that's a market10:07 worth nearly $200 billion annually10:09 expanding to additional cancer types and10:12 increasing adoption could push this10:14 number well beyond $300 billion annually10:16 that's only counting the few cancers10:19 that I just named above but because it's10:22 potentially applicable to all solid10:24 tumor cancers this could legitimately be10:25 worth trillions of dollar one day and by10:28 targeting a broad spectrum of cancers10:31 nwbo is poised to disrupt the entire10:33 oncology market and all cancer treatment10:36 companies May in fact end up licensing10:39 this technology at some point making10:41 this highly rewarding for long-term10:43 investors let's get into flask works and10:45 how it's revolutionizing vaccine10:48 production across the globe one of the10:50 biggest challenges in producing highly10:52 personalized cancer therapies like DC10:54 VXL has always been scalability10:56 each vaccine is custommade requiring10:59 labor intensive processes that can take11:02 weeks they are expensive and they limit11:04 the number of patients who can be11:07 treated that's where flask work comes in11:08 a groundbreaking technology that11:11 Northwest Biotherapeutics acquired to11:12 solve these production challenges what11:15 is flask Works flask works is an11:17 automated manufacturing platform11:20 designed specifically to produce11:22 personalized therapies like DC VXL it11:23 uses Advanced Robotics and prescription11:26 um Precision Engineering to streamline11:29 the production process how does it work11:32 well it automates the cell handling11:35 flask Works uses robots to handle the11:37 patient cells with Incredible accuracy11:39 this reduces the potential for human11:42 error ensuring each vaccine is11:44 consistent and safe and it has a faster11:45 production cycle traditional methods of11:48 creating personalized vaccines could11:50 take weeks and even months in some cases11:52 flask Works Cuts this time dramatically11:54 allowing vaccines to be ready in days11:57 and even hours and then it comes with an12:00 extraordinary cost efficiency by12:03 automating most of the process flask12:05 Works eliminates much of the manual12:07 labor traditionally involved reducing12:09 cost significantly this makes therapies12:11 like DC VXL more affordable and12:13 accessible to patients all around the12:15 world which brings it to its scalability12:17 flask Works can produce thousands of12:20 vaccines simultaneously whereas humans12:22 typically do them one at a time one12:25 person at a time one vac seen at a time12:27 this scalability is critical for12:30 bringing personalized treatments like DC12:32 VXL to the global market and makes the12:33 flask Works technology extremely12:36 attractive to all types of personalized12:38 therapies not just dcel and nwbo now12:40 owns flask works so to use this12:45 technology and automated system all12:47 other companies will have to pay nwbo to12:49 do so why is this a GameChanger flask12:52 Works doesn't just make DC VXL faster12:55 and cheaper to produce it makes it12:58 possible to treat far more patients than13:00 ever before for a therapy like DC VXL to13:02 have widespread adoption production must13:04 be efficient reliable and scalable and13:07 flask Works makes all of that a reality13:10 and by the way in the past the FDA told13:13 nwbo that they were going to have to be13:16 able to mass-produce this if they ever13:18 wanted them to sign off on it on the13:20 future so additionally flask Works13:21 positions Northwest Biotherapeutics as a13:24 leader in the field of automated Cale13:26 therapy Manufacturing this expertise13:27 could be licensed out to other companies13:30 opening new revenue streams which brings13:32 us to the licensing of dcvax Technology13:34 unlocking the global potential dcvax is13:36 more than just a treatment it's a13:39 platform technology that means the same13:41 basic principles that make DC VXL13:44 effective for GBM can be adapted to13:46 treat many other types of cancers here's13:49 how licensing this technology could13:51 unlock enormous potential for Northwest13:52 Biotherapeutics which trades on the OTC13:55 market by the way so you're not going to13:57 find this one on Robin Hood or Weeble13:58 you're going to need a broker like14:01 Charles Schwab Fidelity or thinker swim14:02 to trade nwbo stock so how does14:05 licensing work well it has collaboration14:07 with Pharma Giants nwbo can partner with14:10 other pharmaceutical companies granting14:13 them the rights to use the dcvax14:15 technology to develop it treatments for14:17 other specific types of cancers and then14:19 that creates a revenue structure for it14:22 licensing agreements typically include14:23 upfront payments Milestone payments and14:25 royalties upfront payments mean a14:27 company pays nwbo for the right to use14:29 the technology Milestone payments could14:31 include payments that are made as the14:33 partner company reaches development and14:35 Regulatory goals and royalties mean nwbo14:38 would earn a percentage of the revenue14:41 from any therapies developed using the14:42 dcvax technology and we could be looking14:44 at all three sorts of Revenue14:47 opportunities for nwbo and then it goes14:48 into the global reach by licensing dcx14:51 technology nwbo doesn't have to build14:54 infrastructure or distribution networks14:56 in every country partnering with already14:58 established pharmaceutical companies15:01 enables the technology to reach patients15:02 worldwide much faster which unlocks more15:04 Revenue potential and the billion dollar15:07 opportunity for15:10 nwbo licensing could generate billions15:11 of dollars annually in revenue for nwbo15:14 without the company having to bear the15:17 cost of developing and marketing every15:19 new therapy themselves for example if a15:20 partner develops a breast cancer15:23 treatment using DC vax and earns five515:25 billion annually15:28 nwbo could earn hundreds of millions per15:29 year in royalties but that's just one15:31 piece of the puzzle let's explore the15:34 broader Revenue potential including15:36 licensing buyouts and share price15:37 implications of all three individually15:40 and combined number one obviously it can15:42 treat multiple types of cancer we15:46 already know that it can do that breast15:47 cancer lung cancer pancreatic cancer15:49 prostate cancer colcol cancer that I15:51 just named a minute ago for you which15:53 brings the current Revenue estimates so15:55 if nwbo captures just 10% of the global15:57 solid tumor Market assuming on average16:00 the treatment cost $100,000 per patient16:02 the total Market size would be16:04 approximately $200 billion annually16:05 scaling this to broader range of cancers16:07 could increase the market size to $30016:10 $300 billion dollar or more annually16:12 making n wbo's dcv platform one of the16:14 most valuable assets in oncology on just16:17 that 10% estimate alone but we also have16:20 licensing potential on top of that the16:23 licensing potential means nwo's patent16:25 portfolio and platform technology te16:27 ology makes it an ideal candidate for16:29 licensing agreements with other biotech16:31 and pharmaceutical companies licensing16:33 allows nwbo to generate Revenue while16:35 leveraging the resources of larger16:37 companies to develop therapies for16:39 additional cancers the key feature of16:41 these licensing deals may be upfront16:43 payments Milestone payments and16:45 royalties that we just discussed and16:46 then you have um the potential revenue16:48 from licensing if just five major16:50 pharmaceutical companies licens dcvax16:53 technology to develop treatments for16:55 other cancer types n WBO could earn16:57 easily $5 to10 billion annually in16:59 Combined upfront Milestone and royalty17:01 payments from that and then you also17:03 have um considering all of the top17:05 biotech buyouts nwbo could at one day17:08 possibly be bought out so let's explore17:11 what that might look like nwo's17:13 potential success with DC vax positions17:16 it as a prime target for acquisition by17:17 a larger biotech or pharmaceutical17:20 company history has shown that companies17:22 with groundbreaking cancer therapies17:24 often become buyout targets leading to17:26 Mass evaluations here are five of the17:28 largest biotech bouts history buyouts in17:31 history and what they mean for17:34 nwbo cellgene was acquired by Bristol17:36 Meyers in 2019 for $74 billion and it17:39 really only treated one thing then you17:43 have Genentech acquired for $46 billion17:45 and it had breakthrough Cancer drugs17:49 like aist and hertin I'm not going to17:51 pretend I know how to say all these17:53 medical terms I'm not a doctor I've just17:54 been researching this company as an17:57 investor for many years as all so please17:58 forgive me for butchering the name of18:00 all this medical jargon I'm doing the18:02 absolute best I can and it took me an18:03 extraordinarily long time to create this18:05 presentation for you but anyways moving18:07 on you got another buyout right here for18:08 $39 billion another buyout for $2118:10 billion another buyout for $21 billion18:12 and most of these companies only had one18:14 single product that the larger company18:16 wanted to buy from them but DC VXL is18:19 potentially obliga to all solid tumor18:22 cancers right so it's not just one18:23 cancer treatment that they're looking to18:25 buy they'd be buying the entire uh um18:26 dcac platform technology potentially18:29 plus they'd be looking to buy flask18:33 Works potentially which is an entirely18:34 separate Venture and Avenue there so I18:36 believe nwbo is looking at much higher18:39 valuations than these top five that I18:41 just listed here and that highest one18:43 was $74 billion so it's my personal18:44 belief we're looking at a buyout way18:46 bigger than $74 billion if nwbo ever18:48 chooses to go the buyout route which I'm18:52 not so sure they'll do buyout alone but18:55 that's the possibility that we're18:57 exploring here so moving on if it if18:58 nwbo achieves widespread adoption of DC19:03 VX and expands its platform to19:05 additional cancer types it could attract19:06 B offers similar to the largest biotech19:08 deals obviously um so what are the19:10 valuation scenarios with a 10% market19:13 share in a $200 billion Market nwbo19:15 could achieve a valuation of 20 to $3019:17 billion easily its current market cap is19:19 less than 400 million dollar as I filmed19:21 this mind you and it's only trading at19:23 just 29 cents per share right now at19:25 this valuation and assuming assuming19:27 approximately 1 billion shares19:28 outstanding a buyout would translate to19:30 a share price of about $ 20 to $30 per19:32 share and it's only 29 cents per share19:34 right now making this an easy 10 to19:36 1,000 X right now and in a19:38 scenario where nwbo captures additional19:41 market share or expans licensing a $5019:43 billion valuation could push the share19:46 price to $50 per share or higher and19:48 then let's look at the combined19:53 opportunity of Licensing and buyout nwbo19:54 doesn't need to rely solely on buyout19:57 for succcess it can pursue both19:59 licensing and acquisition opportunities20:01 maximizing its Revenue potential and I20:04 think we might see something more along20:06 these lines so a buyout valuation gives20:07 us an estimation of 20 to 50 billion20:10 depending on the market adoption and20:12 platform expansion but I think that's a20:13 conservative but fair estimate there and20:15 then you have its licensing Revenue20:18 which I estimate to be5 to10 billion20:19 annually from ongoing agreements with20:21 pharmaceutical partners and I think20:23 that's still conservative honestly so20:25 this dual strategy nwbo can capture the20:27 full value of its technology while20:29 providing flexibility for future growth20:31 and then by looking at these top buyouts20:34 licensing models and revenue scenarios20:36 it's clear that Northwest20:38 Biotherapeutics has positioned itself20:39 for significant success whether through20:41 Partnerships Acquisitions or both the20:43 company's potential impact on the20:46 oncology market and its valuation cannot20:47 be20:50 overstated and then let's talk about the20:51 Synergy with other Cancer Treatments one20:53 of the most exciting aspects of DC VXL20:55 is that it doesn't compete with existing20:58 Cancer Treatments it complement them21:00 this makes it a valuable addition to the21:03 cancer treatment Arsenal rather than a21:05 replacement for existing therapies21:07 because if you stand to replace the21:09 current treatments being prescribed21:11 today you risk those big Revenue21:13 generating companies shutting you down21:15 either by killing you in legal fees and21:17 court costs buying you out and shelving21:19 the product forever or just plain21:21 killing you outright in the street like21:23 a dog all of which of these have been21:26 done to previous cancer breakthroughs in21:28 the past but none of that needs to be21:29 applied here because it works with these21:32 other leading treatments of today so how21:34 does it work with the standard21:37 treatments well with chemotherapy and21:38 radiation while chemo and radiation work21:40 to shrink tumor cells and care and kill21:42 the cancer cells along with basically21:45 all of your other target cells in that21:47 Target area both healthy and cancerous21:48 cells alike dcx L trains the immune21:51 system to Target any cancer cells that21:54 remain preventing recurrence and only21:56 targeting the unhealthy cancerous cells21:58 leaving your healthy cells intact and22:01 then you have its checkpoint Inhibitors22:04 um which is a breakthrough for nwbo22:06 drugs like these that I can't pronounce22:09 release the breakes on the immune system22:12 allowing it to attack cancer cells more22:14 aggressively dcvax L enhances this22:16 effect by teaching the immune system to22:19 specifically recognize the cancer cells22:22 specifically and then you have the22:26 surgical removal of tumors of course DC22:27 vac Cel is administered after surgery22:30 targeting residual cancer cells that are22:32 often Left Behind which reduces the risk22:35 of cancer returning so why is22:37 collaboration better than competition22:40 most pharmaceutical companies might view22:42 new treatments as threats to their22:44 existing profits and therapies however22:46 DC Vel complimentary nature reduces this22:49 concern instead of replacing other22:52 treatments it
