Received the wrong camera from @amazonIN @AmazonHelp , and even though the app states a return/replacement policy till Oct 5th, support is refusing to help! I have videos & photos proving the issue. Why aren’t you honoring your policy? #amazonCustomerServiceFail #AmazonSupport

#Amazon couldn't deliver to my office bc they couldn't read the address. Replacement sent 1/17. Still don't have it and all I get from #Amazon is "I get what you're saying" & "I do apologize".
