I'm not one to call people out but WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT??? We didn't do this last year or the year before. I guess during a pandemic is a perfect time to have an indoor dinner with the entire staff. Are we trying to infect people?

.@AirCanada Gate agents #yyz gate D39 you are horrible and have zero compassion for parents with children. Made my daughter cry because you had to make an example of me in front of 200 other passengers to measure my carryon which ended up actually being the right size. #avoidac
