#bakerproblems I have made so many pies over the years, but this past year, it feels like EVERY crust shrinks in the oven. No matter how well chilled it is before going into the oven. It makes me want to cry.

I like scratch baking sourdough English muffins when I need to ground myself. It’s a shame because, while they are indeed delicious, they sure do make a big mess to clean up post-grounding. Even so - I regret it not! #carbtherapy #bakerproblems

You know, sometimes this to-go thing now is pretty sweet. While everything is still closing pretty early, I can now go to a restaurant to get to-go alcohol for my cheesecake recipe when I forgot to buy it beforehand. #thankgoodness #bakerproblems
