#RDC: Plus de 100 cas de violences sexuelles ont été enregistrés au cours du deuxième semestre de l’année 2025 au Kasaï-Oriental, dans le centre de la République démocratique du Congo (RDC), dont un nombre important concerne des mineures, principalement dans les territoires, a-t-on appris jeudi d’une clinique juridique.
« Nous avons achevé l'année 2025 avec beaucoup de cas de violences sexuelles que nous avons enregistrés au sein de la clinique. Pour ce qui concerne les mois de juillet à septembre, il y a pratiquement 56 cas de victimes de violences sexuelles dont la plupart sont des mineures. De septembre jusqu'à décembre 2025, 50 cas, soit au total 106 cas de mineures. Et pour la plupart du temps, ce sont des cas qui viennent de l'intérieur (territoires), où il y a vraiment beaucoup de cas de violences sexuelles », a déclaré Me Jimmy Bashile, coordonnateur de la clinique juridique "Action contre l'impunité pour les droits humains (ACDH)" au Kasaï-Oriental.
