The Labour MP on the BBC election coverage has learned nothing. Yes, Labour have increased voters rights, but last year they wanted to take up to £10,000 a year from the disabled and ill. And that was without any form of consultation with disabled people or associations. I have THAT in writing through a FOI request. Luckily it didn't go through, but Starmer, Kendall and Timms wanted it to go through. Ditto with the rushed policy on winter fuel allowance. You can not expect voters to stay with you if you wreck the lives (or try to) of people who are your core vote. Labour need to be Labour, not Reform-Lite, as that doesn't appeal to either labour or reform voters.
