Soften your face & neck (let your tongue rest gently behind your teeth, eyebrows relax): Tension here blocks flow, releasing it opens your energy field to higher frequencies.
Put your hand on your heart, take deep belly breaths in and out, and repeat to yourself:
“I am safe, I am loved. I am healthy. I am wealthy. I trust in the universe and the universe trusts in me.
