I’ve got a book on oligarchy coming in two weeks that describes my framing of the world today (global oligarchy minus Rojava and Ezln), but doesn’t go into solutions.
Some sort of left market anarchism, a world of co-ops and syndicates, civilization built on mutual aid, sharing.
