Block foundation” is a real term in construction talk, but technically it is masonry blockwork built as part of a strip foundation system. I stand corrected. I already quoted it and re inform the audience. After reviewing the comments, it is not a raft foundation but a pad footing and ground beam foundation system. My bad.
