I cannot imagine a case of how that could even happen in Xcode as it suggest the toolchain is missing compiler-rt builtins (which should not happen for !bridgeOS)

the T2 chip literally caused a lot of kernel panics because of bridgeOS, and permanently bricked Macs too, it's well documented how bad it really is Macs without T2 chip also had better performance compared to ones that had them it wasn't just for security, it took over the SMC and that's where it went wrong, Apple Silicon doesn't have this issue as all of it is integrated

Literally the only kernel panics I've had so far on my MBP Intel were caused by BridgeOS. Plus, the only times I've had the MBP completely battery dry (being left fully charged), thanks to the same: BrodgeOS. And Apple is NOT fixing it.

there's widespread reports of T2 causing issues with Intel Macs, the software they used to make both the Intel and ARM chip work together(BridgeOS) was very bad they don't have to do any of that with Apple Silicon, which is why there aren't any issues with it

Left bridgeOS 10.1, right bridgeOS 10.2 Clean patch - Apple switched for getting the ap / sep demotion values from the devicetree and no longer from the gestalt plist

Apple added two new parameters in bridgeOS 10.2 / 26.2 to enforce activation_record and/or ucrt validation (?) Maybe some mitigation to fix the hactivation gestalt hax? (Ignore the fact that my T2 has has_baseband=true ◔̯◔)
