Thought we were all about saving money and not sending it overseas. Not if it's a Bushcon special project though.

Roberts & ACB r classic example of loyalty to institutions that no longer exist. Understandable for Roberts, he's a clueless bushcon.
But for ACB, the people who are putting out hit requests on her kids are also the ones running the institutions she's trying to preserve...
