@TGowdySC looking past all of the other violations of the law, the moment he assaulted the LEO while "carrying legally" (even though he "forgot" his ID and permit - another specific carry violation) his CCWP would automatically become void under MN law (§ 624.714, subd. 6).

You need another button that says "Both". Additionally, he was in violation of MN law by not carrying his CCWP and ID, showing up to an unlawful assembly armed, not complying with LE orders, and resisting arrest.

The Community Connections and Well-being Project (CCWP), a €9.6 million cross-border PEACEPLUS initiative designed to enable people with mild and/or emerging mental health difficulties to access early intervention programmes and support, has been launched in Monaghan. CCWP will bring together statutory, voluntary and community sectors to work collaboratively to provide support and episodes of health and social care to 10,000 individuals with mild and/or emerging mental health difficulties.
