Rasul v. Bush (2004) didn’t "solve" due process at Gitmo. It allowed detainees to petition courts, but indefinite detention, military tribunals, and lack of fair trials remain. Due process means charges, trials, and legal representation—not loopholes. #CloseGitmo #LibertyFirst
