Hi @elonmusk and @Tesla_AI team, on August 9 I hailed 3 rides in the middle of the night (all in heavy fog and rain): 1/ Chrissy Field East Beach to Scoma’s of Sausalito ✅ 2/ Scoma’s of Sausalito to Cloudview Park ✅ 3/ After my second ride, I planned to head back to South Bay. However, the app showed a 20–30 minute wait - until nearly midnight - for another Tesla. I did not feel safe getting out of the car at night in the cold and dark to wait, so I called Tesla support to explain my concern. I remained in the vehicle intentionally for as long as I can (even though the team said I have to leave the car and order a ride), and Tesla support arranged for Tesla I was in to take me directly to Tesla HQ, where I arrived safely. *** I hope your team investigate my last ride, as it does not appear in my Robotaxi app. There will be times when customers may not feel comfortable leaving the vehicle in an unfamiliar or unsafe location, and Tesla should ensure they can be routed IMMEDIATELY to their next destination without the passenger ever leaving the vehicle.
