→ If the values come out to be negative, or if maximum is very high, chances are that you have an outlier, another reason may be because the data is cumulative(keep adding to the previous ones).

→ Time data is small then it can be viewed as continuous data, whereas when doing analytics on periods of larger intervals , it can be considered as categorical.
