Had a great time at the Codex Community Meetup in Bengaluru today. Interesting conversations about what people are building with Codex and AI agents in general.
It's clear that Codex is creating a lot of value, and people are genuinely enjoying using it.

Thank you so much to the @OpenAIDevs team for giving us this opportunity to show what AI can do for silicon design!
Huge shoutout to @harshitm29@gabrielchua@reach_vb for putting together this fantastic event π

Built the most unhinged project at #CodexBLR with
@ashwinexe and took the 2nd place π¬π
@gabrielchua said it was "proof that gpt-5.4 has a personality" π

We just took 1st place at the @OpenAI Codex Hackathon π
Built Model Combat with @BansalRishit in ~6 hours.
Itβs a live AI security battleground:
Models attack, defend, patch their own apps, and exploit others to steal flags in real CTF rounds.
Mortal Kombat-inspired. Pure chaos. Extremely fun.
Shout out @gabrielchua@abhishekpatiil@yashrajnayak@OpenAIDevs@GrowthX_Club and the whole team for organising this.

Today at the OpenAI Codex Hackathon π
Met amazing builders, learned a lot, and did some great networking.
Building > just learning, execution is everything.

I was one of the 100 participants at OpenAI's first-ever Codex hackathon conducted in Bangalore today. I built a simple demonstration of what potentially is the future of learning in the software world.
Coincidentally, I had written about the same ideas a couple of years ago: medium.com/theleanprogrammerβ¦
This is the specific problem statement I tackled: there is a lot of educational content & tech tutorials all across the internet in different modalities, but no one ever learnt by reading tutorials / watching videos.
Learning happens by doing, but how do we make it easier to hit the ground running without worrying about complex system setup while learning?
Here's the project link (which is no way close to production-grade software, but just a proof-of-concept): github.com/Namyalg/OpenAI-Coβ¦#CodexBLR@gabrielchua
@OpenAI's first Codex community meetup in India last weekend. Worth attending the panel discussion covering developer experience, testing strategies, and technical blueprints.
A special thanks to @yashrajnayak for the last-minute approval ππ»
