Commutation, got it. I'm learning. So, and C and C# handle individual memory with 'new', but C does not, and C# has garbage collection automation, but C & C does not. So fun. 😶

Yup: Here is my post: NYC Socialism Excellent! There are many large corporations with headquarters or large regional offices in New York City. Other corporations operate large distribution or other facilities. Each of these companies needs to explain why they would stay in New York City with the newly elected mayor as well as the State Government. Shareholders, employees and customers need to be ready for the financial damages. Many companies maintain a large facility in New York. Years ago, it was a mark of distinction and an economic advantage. That has gone away with the mayoral election. The new democrat/socialist city government will open up every company and every resident to tremendous risk. Wages have always been higher to get people to work in NYC and that has been accepted and has been of benefit. However, the massive payroll increases that would be required to comply with the new government could impact the financial strength of many companies; alienate shareholders; reduce corporate income and confidence. The astounding financial attacks on any companies remaining could approach levels to affect the entire corporation. Profits from every other facility would need to offset the losses in NYC. Allowing employees to work remotely may offer some small relief but employers may need to provide commutation allowances to retain workers. NYC no longer supports the NYPD. The increase in crime will directly impact operations. Employees and their families will be exposed to injury and death while commuting and even on lunch break. Employees injured by criminal acts could sue employers for staying in NYC. The lack of support for the FDNY has obvious implications. Especially with large numbers of people in high rise offices and multi-tenanted apartment complexes. I won't even mention the possible economic impacts of having the stock exchange and other financial institutions in New York City.

To: Stuart McCommas, Chief of Staff (DOJ) CC: President Donald J. Trump CC: Deputy AG Todd Blanche CC: Susie Wiles, Chief of Staff (White House) Dear Stuart McCommas, We would like to bring a wrongful conviction in 2011 of securities fraud that many of us feel should be of high concern for the Weaponization Working Group (WWG). But to this day, all efforts, have fallen on deaf ears. The case is #1:09-CR-0046-TCB-JFK, USA vs Rufus Harris. The 11th district under SALLY YATES as USAAG (2006) and Federal District Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. (Sidney Powell vs Georgia election results, Pearson vs Kemp) created a very perverted circumstance wherein a case was allowed to proceed to conviction with NO DEFENSE, WITH THE DEFENDANT NOT PRESENT, and they even REMOVED THE DEFENDANT'S COUNSEL. In this unprecedented case that reeks of government bias and corruption, Sally Yates and the Court merged the defendant's right to have counsel with his right be present through waiver, therein creating a very dangerous conviction that if widely known, would undermine the people's confidence in the U.S. Judicial System. The court's refusal to allow counsel to represent the defendant, STANDING ALONE, should furnish a substantial ground for action from the WWG or even a Pardon from President Trump for Mr. Harris. Because when the DOJ and the judge so obviously ignored the limits of its discretion and pushed the envelope to an extreme left-position concerning Constitutional rights, it created the exceptional circumstance that warrant the attention/action of the WWG or the exercise of President Trump's discretionary Pardon Power in the INTEREST OF JUSTICE. Please know that Mr. Harris is a long time Republican, former NRCC card carrying member, who has served 15 years out of the 23 years that he was sentenced and to this very day, still claims his innocence. Please strongly insist that the WWG consider helping Mr. Harris, or please forward a recommendation for Pardon, or even a commutation for Mr. Harris. Thank you for your time today. Sincerely Submitted, _________________________ Advocates for Mr. Rufus Harris Date: 02/07/2026 #JusticeForRufus #FreeRufusPaulHarris #RufusConundrum Case evidence: rufus-harris.com @realDonaldTrump @POTUS @SusieWiles47 @AGPamBondi @chad_mizelle @AliceMarieFree @PressSec @DAGToddBlanche @EdMartinDOJ @SidneyPowell1 @GenFlynn @KXLNews @GailsWaters @DOGElicious76 @Free_RPH

I wasn’t talking about the difference between commuting sentences vs. full pardons, or the mass commutation for those 1,499 people on home confinement. Those are mostly lower level, nonviolent cases where people had already been released and were contributing to their communities which is literally not the same thing. My original point was about Biden’s high profile pardons and clemency for people involved in major scams, fraud, and stealing from victims including billion-dollar tax fraud schemes, Medicare fraud that ripped off millions, and yes, Hunter Biden’s full pardon covering his tax fraud and gun convictions (which shielded him from sentencing). Two completely different topics. But you won’t care about the facts. You are too busy thinking anyone that doesn’t agree with you is MAGA or racist or whatever buzz word you are gonna use.

Not every death sentence imposed led to capital punishment, with opportunities for review and for commutation before it was carried out. In cases where there is undoubted DNA and photographic evidence it would be unlikely that appeals would succeed.

Yet he leaves them on death row. This statement would have more impact if he combined it with a commutation to life without parole for all 107 people on death row. Until he does that his statement is toothless
