Someone in the audience is asking what hope there is when 25% or a room full of scientists are not wearing a mask, 10% don't seem to know how to wear them properly, and everyone is using paper cups, not the mug in their goodie bag. #smm2022#ConsMark#ConSocSci @Mike_in_Alaska
Many conferences have public sessions. I think we used to as well. But even then, you still get a self-filtered audience. The real trick is getting messages to people that would NOT come in the door themselves. #ConsMark#ConSocSci#SocSci@SCBConsMark @SCB_SSWG
A lot of talk about how to reach new audiences at the #smm2022. Try touching base with the Conservation Marketing and Engagement and Social Science working groups of @Society4ConBio. @SCBConsMark @SCB_SSWG #ConsMark#ConSocSci

#ConsMark2021 Day 2: ConsMark Cocktail Party
What a great way to meet other people in the conference with 5 min random 1 on 1 sessions! I had awesome chats with two lovely attendees.
But my introvert spirit can't go on and I need to go hide behind a pillar or tea dispenser.
