Specs and technical jargon are important, but they don’t always tell the full story. Instead of highlighting what your product does, show how it makes life easier for your clients. For example: don’t just say “Our crane can lift 20 tonnes,” add on “Our crane helps contractors move materials faster, cutting project time by days.” It’s the benefits that sell, not the bullet points.
