Breya Link, a senior majoring in family and consumer sciences at Morgan State University, has received a $1,400 grant from the University’s Office of Undergraduate Research to advance her community-based study.
Awarded through the CreativeEdge Mini-Grant Program, the funding supports her project, “The Gems of Charm City: Out of Nothing, Everything,” a qualitative study exploring how economic stigma shapes development, identity, and resilience among Black families in Baltimore.
