This is why I'm grateful for third space theory. I don't have to identify which part of me is professional, which part is academic, and never let them touch. Instead, blend them, get out into the world and stir the pot. #creativethirdspace (plus a pragmatic epistemology can help)

I recently became self-employed after 10 years in HE. I'm shortly submitting a thesis on HE professional practice, while being located 'outside' of HE. These circumstances have enabled me to see academic self-identity as a mindset, rather than a given job #creativethirdspace

I'm undergoing a professional/academic transition at the moment. While It's appears as a dynamic spectrum to me, I notice others are determined to classify me in one binary camp or the other. It's systematic. I've used #creativethirdspace as my theoretical approach to guide me.

The @QUT extended reality (XR) community of practice had the chance to visit @QLD_AI_Hub to test 3D touch haptic glove technology from @haptX. Kinaesthetic communication continues to improve each year, and I'm excited to try a full-body haptic suit one day. #creativethirdspace
