Day 5 of 7: Real ways to earn in Web3 and online Skill: Web3 Content Creation & Thread Writing 🐦 Let me tell you something important. Web3 projects have brilliant technology. But most of them are terrible at explaining it to normal people 😔 That gap is your income opportunity 🤝 If you can write clearly, explain things simply, and communicate consistently Web3 projects will pay you real money for it. What do Web3 projects actually need: Most people think Web3 content is just posting tweets. It is much bigger than that. Projects need: - Educational Twitter threads explaining their protocol to beginners - Blog posts and long form articles about their ecosystem - Newsletter content for their community - YouTube and TikTok scripts for explainer videos - Translated content for local language audiences; Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Pidgin - Community updates and announcements - Case studies showing real user experiences Every single one of these is a paid opportunity 💰 Where to find paid Web3 writing and content work: Superteam Earn (earn.superteam.fun) - Writing and content bounties posted every single week - $50 to $1,000 per article, thread, or content piece - Payments in USDC directly to your wallet - One of the most accessible starting points for Nigerian creators Dework (app.dework.xyz) - Content tasks posted by active DAOs and Web3 projects - Pay in project tokens or stablecoins - Writing, research, social media, and translation tasks available Direct outreach to projects - Find Web3 projects actively building on X - Study their content gaps what are they not explaining well? - Pitch them a sample thread or article about their protocol - Many projects have no content budget process, you create one for them Mirror.xyz - Publish your own Web3 educational content - Earn crypto tips directly from readers - Build your audience and income simultaneously - Your published work becomes your live portfolio Paragraph.xyz - Web3 native newsletter platform - Build a paid subscriber base around your niche - Readers pay in crypto for premium content access Local language content is massively underserved: This one deserves special attention 🤝 Most Web3 content globally is in English. But millions of potential Web3 users in Northern Nigeria speak Hausa first. Projects that want to reach that audience will pay specifically for Hausa content creators and translators. This is an angle almost nobody is competing in right now 😭 Realistic income: - 4 Superteam writing bounties monthly at $150 average = $1,500 - 2 direct client articles at $200 each = $400 - Mirror.xyz tips from consistent publishing = $50-$200 monthly - Combined consistent income: $500-$1,200 monthly How to start today, step by step: 1. Pick one Web3 project you genuinely understand and use 2. Write a free educational thread explaining it clearly on 𝕏 today 3. Tag the project in your thread many teams notice and engage 4. Use that thread immediately as your writing portfolio sample 5. Create your Superteam Earn profile and apply to writing bounties this week 6. Post Web3 educational content consistently on X your timeline is your live CV The honest truth: Your ability to explain Web3 simply to a Nigerian audience is genuinely rare. Most Web3 writers speak to people who already understand the technology. The creator who can bring in the person who has never heard of a wallet ? that person is valuable everywhere 🤝 Consistency here compounds fast. One published thread leads to a bounty. One bounty leads to a direct client. One direct client leads to a retainer. A retainer leads to stable monthly income 🤝 Tomorrow is Day 6. Retweet so someone else finds this 🔁

Day 4 of 7: Real ways to earn in Web3 and online Skill: Selling Your Skills Directly on Web3 Talent Platforms Let me tell you something most people building online don't know yet. There is a whole category of platforms beyond Fiverr and Upwork. Platforms built specifically for Web3 talent. Where clients are global. Where payments come in dollars and stablecoins. Where demand is growing faster than supply every single day. And Nigerians are massively underrepresented on all of them . That gap is your opportunity 🤝 A little context from my own journey: I am a member of Superteam Nigeria Adamawa State chapter, currently serving as Video Content Co-Lead. I have sold over 3 fully vibe coded websites in the last 2 months without writing a single line of code. Everything I share in this series comes from real personal experience not Google 🤝 What does "selling your skills on Web3 platforms" actually mean? It means packaging what you already know, from writing, design, coding, video editing, community building, social media and offering it directly to Web3 clients who need it urgently and pay in dollars or stablecoins. There's no middleman taking large cuts, no waiting 30 days for payment and no "we will get back to you." Just your skill, Deliver it and Get paid. Repeat that 🤝 Best Web3 talent platforms for Nigerians right now: Braintrust (usebraintrust.com) - Talent owned freelance network - Design, development, marketing, writing roles - Pays in USDC and dollars - Zero platform fees taken from freelancers - You keep 100% of what you earn Contra (contra.com) - Independent work platform - Web3 and tech clients - Commission free payments - Clean profile builder that doubles as portfolio Arc.dev - Remote developer and designer jobs - Vetted talent network paying dollar rates - Good for developers with some experience Turing (turing.com) - Remote tech talent for global companies - Developers, designers, product managers - Competitive dollar salaries paid monthly Wellfound (wellfound.com) - Web3 startup jobs and freelance roles - Direct access to funded startup founders - Community management and content roles available Dework (app.dework.xyz) - DAO and Web3 project tasks - Writing, design, development, community roles - Pay in various tokens and stablecoins What skills are in highest demand on these platforms right now: - Vibe coding and no-code development. I personally sell vibe coded websites 3 sold in 2 months. The demand is real. - UI/UX design Every Web3 project needs beautiful interfaces. Figma skills are gold here. - Smart contract development High skill ceiling but highest paying category on all platforms. - Community management Every serious Web3 project needs someone managing their Discord and Telegram daily. - Content writing and thread writing Web3 projects pay well for clear educational content about their protocols. - Video editing and production Short form Web3 explainer videos are in massive demand right now. - Social media management Running X, Instagram, and TikTok for Web3 brands is a full time income. Realistic income breakdown: - Part time freelancer starting out: $200-$500 monthly - Consistent freelancer with portfolio: $500-$1,500 monthly - Specialist with strong reputation: $1,500-$4,000 monthly - Vibe coder selling 3 websites monthly: $300-$900 minimum How to start today step by step: 1. Pick the ONE skill you are most confident in right now Don't try to sell everything at once. One skill. One platform. Full focus first. 2. Create profiles on Braintrust and Contra today Both are free. Both take less than 30 minutes to set up properly. 3. Build a simple portfolio — even 2 to 3 samples is enough No samples? Create fictional ones. Build a sample website. Write a sample thread. Design a sample graphic. Real clients care about quality not whether the work was paid. 4. Apply to 5 projects or roles every single week Not once. Not when you feel ready. Every week consistently. 5. Post your work publicly on X every time you complete something Your X timeline is your live portfolio. Every post attracts opportunities you never applied for 🤝 The compounding truth nobody tells you: Every skill in this 7 day series connects to the others. 1. Your vibe coding wins you bounties on Superteam. 2. Your bounty work builds your portfolio. 3. Your portfolio gets you freelance clients on Braintrust. 4. Your X content about your journey attracts direct clients who never saw your profile. It all feeds itself when you stay consistent 🤝 The honest truth from Adamawa State: Wallahi I am not sharing this from a place of theory. I am a Video Content Lead in Superteam Adamawa. I sell vibe coded websites to real clients. I schedule my posts at night when network is okay and let the content work while I sleep. If this is working from Adamawa State with network challenges and all. It can work from wherever you are reading this right now. Want to see exactly how I earn from Superteam specifically? Day 2 of 7: Real ways to earn in Web3 and online Skill: Hunting Web3 Bounties as a Creator 🎯 Let me tell you how I personally got into this. I joined @SuperteamNG , Adamawa State chapter. For people who don't know, Superteam Nigeria is the largest Web3 talent community in Africa right now. I currently serve as the Video Content Co-Lead for Adamawa State. That role alone opened doors I didn't expect: 1. Direct access to bounties 2. Network with serious Web3 builders across Nigeria 3. Real credibility when approaching Web3 clients 4. A community that pushes you to build and earn genuinely I liked this path so much I made a video breaking down exactly how to earn from Superteam 👇 🎥 x.com/i/status/1874662466225… Watch it first. Then come back and read the rest of this tweet 🤝 What are bounties exactly? Web3 projects post paid tasks they need done. It can be Writing, Design, Video, Community, Research or Development. You complete the task. They pay you in USDC directly to your wallet 💰 Best platforms to start: I recommend Superteam Earn (earn.superteam.fun) 🔸 #1 bounty platform for Nigerian Web3 talent 🔸 Tasks for writers, designers, video creators, community managers 🔸 Bounties range from $50 to $2,000 🔸 Payments in USDC stable dollar value Dework (app.dework.xyz) 🔸 DAO tasks and Web3 project work 🔸 Writing, research, design, social media Layer3 (layer3.xyz) 🔸 Beginner friendly quests with crypto rewards 🔸 Perfect starting point before bigger bounties Questbook (questbook.app) 🔸 Grants and bounties for builders and creators Types of creator bounties available: 🔸 Write a Twitter thread explaining a protocol 🔸 Create a short explainer video about a Web3 project 🔸 Design graphics for a DAO launch 🔸 Write a blog post or newsletter 🔸 Translate content to Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo 🔸 Build community around a new project Realistic income: 2–3 bounties weekly at $50–$200 each = $400–$600 monthly One major bounty at $500–$1,000 = serious income Consistent hunters earn $500–$2,000 monthly How to start today: 1. Watch my video first 🎥 x.com/i/status/1874662466225… 2. Go to earn.superteam.fun and create your profile 3. Fill everything completely skills, portfolio, social links 4. Find your state chapter on X 5. Submit your first bounty this week, start small 6. Show up in the community genuinely not just for money The honest truth: Joining Superteam Adamawa as Video Content Lead was not just about bounties. It was about being part of something seriously building Web3 in Northern Nigeria 🤝 Wallahi the network alone is worth more than any single bounty payout. When you are known inside a serious Web3 community, opportunities come to you instead of you always chasing them. Start where you are. Submit consistently. Show up genuinely. The income follows 🤝 Tomorrow is Day 3. Retweet so someone else finds this 🔁

¿Qué se necesita para que un protocolo realmente crezca en LATAM? - No es traducir docs al español. - No es poner un bounty en Dework. - No es un tweet diciendo "we're expanding to Latin America 🌎". Necesita acceso.

If you are still doing ambassador tasks for $0 and a Discord role?🤦 Let me show you how to be the one running the program instead🫵 1. If you are a newbie, You don't need to wait until you are experienced, Join 2 or 3 ambassador programs right now, observe what is going on there🤲. 2. Then, study and understand what the role "Ambassador program manager" is actually about. 3. Study how to use tools like Galxe, Dework, Crew3, Notion and discord/telegram bots🌚. 4. Build your reputation on X in public😌 You don't need 50k followers, just start posting your thoughts on ambassador programs, Projects are watching. 5. Connect with other ambassadors intentionally.🙇 5. Position well, Most ambassador program managers were not hired through a job posting. They were promoted in the community because they were impossible to ignore. 6. When you pitch, start with the problem. Do not say, "I want to manage your program". Say something like, "Your ambassador structure lacks performance tiers; I have built this before. "Here's how it could look"🤞. 7. Know your worth and charge it. Don't forget, One program done excellently beats five done poorly Every single time🌝.

the tools devs use to ship are not the tools teams use to collaborate and nobody's really fixed that here's what the landscape looks like —> and where elf fits 🧵 the obvious ones: Linear → great for sprint tracking, assumes your whole team thinks in tickets Notion → great wiki, no context from your actual code GitHub Projects → devs love it, non-technical people bounce in 30 seconds Slack → everything important gets buried in 3 days these tools aren't bad. they're just not built for mixed technical/non-technical teams building in public closer to our space: Mintlify / Swimm → documentation on top of code, not collaboration Graphite → makes PRs faster for devs (solo lane) Gitbook → documentation, not workflow Dework → web3 task mgmt, very web3-native, no GitHub bridge none of them address: "how does my non-technical co-founder approve a fork request without opening a terminal" thats the gap elf fills. not "another PM tool" not "AI docs generator" a workspace where the commit is the communication unit. devs write commits in elf with a plain-english "why" non-technical teammates read, react, approve the agent watches what's been quiet too long GitHub is still the source of truth. elf is just the layer your whole team can live in every great product needs one person who can explain it to anyone elf makes it so that person doesn't have to do it manually every sprint @ETHGlobal
I built elf because i got tired of explaining my github commits to my guy @mikedotwill in voice notes not a joke. that was the spark. 🧵storytime thread on why we built a whole decentralized collaboration layer instead of just… sending a loom michael and i have been building together for months. he's not technical. doesn't care about git. doesn't want to be in a terminal. but he writes the content, talks to people, shapes the product narrative. so after every sprint i'd have to: -> screenshot commits -> paste into notion -> explain what "feat:" means -> hop on a call to walk him through what shipped every. single. time. lmao at some point i wrote a typed commit that said: feat(cowork): stream anthropic responses with tool use and i sent it to him expecting nothing he replied: "so like… you added a chatbot?" and i just laughed. that's not wrong. but it's not right either. the gap between what devs ship and what non-technical teammates understand is massive
